SharkTums Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/walkoffame "Nintendo respectfully asks the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to consider a new Interactive Entertainment category for the Walk of Fame honoring video game icons." I'm all for it! I mean if we're going to give stupid actors a star, might as well give one to Mario! Elissa "Nintendo Girl!" Alvey
Homer Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 ^I thought they had the Walk of Game in San Francisco? I think Mario and Sonic are already on there (and how SEGA took advantage of that moment to announce Shadow The Hedgehog at the same time).
Wes Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 Only if it reads "Dr. Mario". Dude didn't get his PHD for nothing.
FlyingScooter Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 I agree, Elissa! I want stars for Duke Nukem, Sonic the Hedgehog, Donkey Kong. but i must give credit where it's due: I want one square that has nothing in it but a tiny 'blip' thing. (aka Pong.) I gave that thing more hours than Joan Crawford.
CoasterCrazy Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 I signed it, Mario is my favorite video game character.
Stitch Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 If Ryan Seacrest can get a star, Mario should very well have one!
USRoadTripper Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 Absolutely agreed. There's probably not a person younger than 30 who's never played a Mario game, and probably most people over 30 have too! -Julie
coasters 4 me Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 I just signed it. Mario rocks. It is probably my favourite Nintendo Game.
socalMAN123 Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 Mario is awesome! I signed it and we're good! Mario Party, Super Mario World, and Warioland are awesome! ---Brent 8)
Imhotep Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 If they give him a star will he become eternally invincible?
