coasterdude5 Posted May 26, 2006 Author Posted May 26, 2006 Thanks for the comments! Hey, there is a "hint" of what is happening to the 2 rides here.
inverted_aussie Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 good god! i love getting on rct3 and building some coasters and maybe a small park, but someting like you have done! wow! how do u have the patience? well done mate!
coasterdude5 Posted May 26, 2006 Author Posted May 26, 2006 ^Thanks! I really don't spend that much time on it, I've just been playing RCT since I was nine, so I guess the experience just builds. Thanks for all the comments everybody, and an announcement should be made later!
coasterdude5 Posted May 26, 2006 Author Posted May 26, 2006 14 Just like my profile says! <--------------
Waterpark101 Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 sry don't read that stuff I've been playing RCT series since I was 7 or 8
coasters 4 me Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 Man, I dont know who you can be bothered to do things like this. I am working on a park, and it keeps on messing up and shutting down, causing me to lose work. It takes ages to load. (Updates for my parks should be in a day or so!) Anyway, great park, I love it, I have been following this but never actually posted.
coasterdude5 Posted May 27, 2006 Author Posted May 27, 2006 Geboldi is proud to announce two new rollercoaster attractions for next season. Sultran Revenge will take riders up almost 20 stories only to drop them vertically. MotoGP Portugal's motorcycle race includes sharp turns, steep drops and a 0-50 mph acceleration.
Vekoma Fan Boy Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
coasterdude5 Posted May 29, 2006 Author Posted May 29, 2006 **Sultran Revenge Pictures** I present to you.... Sultran Revenge! and reflective water! Construction shot. Jus barely under 200feet! Sultran Revenge features TWO vertical drops. The old unloading station is now used as a brake run. Overbanked turn New sign! The ride soars over the Mexico Port Whoa, the Great Rebellion has some competition! A view of the second drop. Another shot from the lake. Going down! *UPDATE* It was just reported that Cannon will only be modified with new trains and rethemed. No new track will delivered. They are apparently needing more money on their massive Egypt Port project, the grand finale of Geboldi World Port.
kennywood!007 Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 Awesome! It looks pretty cool. Yay you got reflections! Now Geboldi parks can look even more awesome!!!
coasterfreak101 Posted May 29, 2006 Posted May 29, 2006 Awesome. I like Sultran's Revenge, but...I don't think it really fits a GEBOLDI park. Personally, it looks more like a CP coaster. I prefered Sultran to this one, to tell you the truth. While I would love to ride this thing, no doubt there, it just doens't...fit in, I guess are the right words, to the GEBOLDI atmosphere. Oh, and the reflective water is AWESOME!!! --Tyler
coasterdude5 Posted May 30, 2006 Author Posted May 30, 2006 **MotoGP pictures+India port** The ride is themed to a motorcycle race through a city. 0-55! The ride also has a new facade. The area has turned out very nice. Yes, the bridge is supposed to be uneven. Petras
coasterdude5 Posted May 30, 2006 Author Posted May 30, 2006 Here's a commercial for MotoGP! MotoGP_0002.wmv MotoGP_0002.zip
coasterdude5 Posted May 30, 2006 Author Posted May 30, 2006 ^Thanks, I think the music went with it pretty well. I'll be making one of the whole park soon.
kennywood!007 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 That coaster is awesome! I once made a real good layout for a booster bike then the computer shut off Anyways awesome coaster and video!
KINGDA KA Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 one question this sort of caught my eye. on the old sultran, is there a splash pool or something else
coasterdude5 Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 ^It was a splash pool (it didn't really splash). Now it functions as a fountain area.
coasterdude5 Posted May 31, 2006 Author Posted May 31, 2006 **HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT/FINAL UPDATE** Sphinx Geboldi CEO Dean Geboldi had one word to open the announcement: "We are the amusement industry, no other company can compare to the quality that we put into our parks" "Other parks might think they have the record for the tallest coaster, but they don't anymore" Sphinx will tower 540 feet above the park and will feature a 520 foot drop. Riders will be blasted to 135mph in seconds. After the tophat, riders will roar through and immelman and a zero-g roll. The massive ride's queue will be totally enclosed in an airconditioned building resembling an ancient tomb. Guests will be able to learn about Egypt's history while viewing facts about the ride on large queue TV's. Sphinx is manufactured by Swiss-based Intamin. The ride is in soft opening now. Now, on with the pictures! Take that Six Flags! It's pretty high up! The Great Rebellion dwarfs in comparison. You can see it from almost anywhere in the park. A ride this big deserves a REALLY nice queue! Tallness Egypt Port also has King Chaos I've really had fun with this park, IMO, it's my best RCT3 park yet. World Port was kinda the thrill version of Epcot. If the lag wasn't so bad, I would do the following things: - Add a GCI wooden between La'Fiesco and Petras - Add a waterpark and hotel in the front near the entrance port - Add a dark-ride in the Ireland section. But RCT3 lags, so I can't! Thanks for all the comments, and I should post the download very soon. The next Geboldi park: Geboldi Ozarks Resort!
timetrial3141592 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 It is the tallest... until my 580 foot dueling Intamin Hyper invades my park.
NitroRider Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 What an awesome park. I can't wait for the download. Will you be adding custom supports?
