Carnage Posted April 6, 2006 Posted April 6, 2006 ^ They need alot more then a new coaster. They need more rides in general, along with food. I was surprised just how little places to eat MIA had. MIA had to be one of the most boring parks I have ever been to.
CP_RULES Posted April 6, 2006 Posted April 6, 2006 And SFNE and SFGAdv get more because they serve larger metropolitan areas. When your park is in the middle of nowhere (relative to big cities), it doesn't make economic sense to spend a lot on new attractions. Then why is SFStL so barren? As far as I know, St. Louis is a larger metropolitan area....

Edit: With that said, I do think SFStl. is overdue for a coaster.
CP_RULES Posted April 6, 2006 Posted April 6, 2006 ^Yes but its not in the middle of nowhere, it serves a large city.
Hercules Posted April 6, 2006 Posted April 6, 2006 Six Flags Magic Mountain never gets anything new... one word tatsu One word: sarcasm
jarmor Posted April 6, 2006 Author Posted April 6, 2006 SFNE got two new rides this year... but they also took 4 away. But they still got something! lol lol
PhillyGirl Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 The cost of admission for SFGAdv is a lot higher than SFDL, for that reason alone they should continue to get the new attractions. Although this newest roller coaster will most likely be the last coaster purchase for a significant amount of time. SFNE and SFA seem to have loads of season pass holders and visitors from other areas....possibly because they have major international airports within a couple hours...... SFDL has a great laser show though......who needs a new ride when they have that?...(smile) By the way, I don't think Dorney Park or Hershey Park have new rides.
ECZenith Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 Hershey is getting that freakish peanut butter cup shooting dark ride.
-Zingo- Posted April 8, 2006 Posted April 8, 2006 I just wish someone would open a theme park in south Florida. I live 10 mins from The Dania Beach Hurricane @ Boomers but you would think with all the people living down here that we'd have a real park.
the sound Posted April 9, 2006 Posted April 9, 2006 All the Australian Parks, except Wet and Wild (who are placin water Slides) and Sea world (also placing water slides). And like Luna Park hasn't gotte anything for like 8 years now!
