I hate it when pads are too close to the machine or somone spilled coke on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, those Colombian drug dealers spill their coke where ever they please. That is just so rude!

Edit:

Here's a legit question for the DDR stompers out there...

Am I the only one who always plays in their bare feet? And why are some places so up-tight about people like me who play bare foot and insist I wear shoes or leave!? I always comply with no fuss, but wonder what the big deal is?

ITG + Player = "Hands" x "Mines" x "Freeze Rolls" x More Challenging x Thousands of Mod combinations x New Version every year! = Extreme Fun!

DDR + Player = Boring Step Charts - Too Easy - Money - No new Version in years (Supernova only has 10 new songs) - Boring Mods = Very Boring

Oh dear god, thats nasty! I am so leaving my socks on from now on.

EDIT: Must of been a ITG machine she was playing on. It's fitting that they would make a crappy dance pad to match the crappiness of that crappy-crap game.

Lol, nope... I saw this happen a few months after I got into DDR.

I used to play in bare feet myself, until I saw that.

ITG didn't release until about a year and a half later.

Never again did I play any dance game in my bare feet (Except for my home pads)

Ugh... I can't get that thought of ripping a toe nail out of my head when I played DDR last night. I even wear socks at home now eventhough it is near impossible for me to injury any toes with my home dance pads.

I can totally see that happening too at any arcade. I of course would just play through the pain and pouring blood. I've done worse to myself in life and kept on going with what I was doing... just not on a DDR dance pad... yet.

I went to do a knee drop (On the DDR Extreme machine at Islands of Adventure) and busted my knee really bad on a screw, blood poured down my leg, but I kept playing . It was some 9 footer, I forget which one, I think "Captain Jack". Had to go to the first Aid station...

I went to do a knee drop

I dunno how to take this... unless you don't know what a knee drop is?

Oh, I do. That is just the general reaction I give when someone pulls off a knee drop in the arcades. Someone is going to smash their patella one day and I'm gonna be there to laugh.

I hear a severe knee cap injury is quite painful.

Double post and bump.

R.I.P. RoXor's, In The Groove, you copyright infringing suckas!! As if RoXor actually thought they would get away with blantanly ripping off DDR/Stepmania. I got two words for them... Puh and lees.

No big surprise on this court ruling.

I would have liked to seen ITG 2 released for PS2 just so I can play some of the songs that were in past DDR games with a faster frame rate (since I think ITG 2 had some Dancemania songs that were in DDR songs as well).

The thing I hated about ITG was that the first arcade release used the actual Konami cabinets. DDR machines are very hard to find in my area and I hated the idea of a rare mix (anything other than Extreme at the time) being turned into an ITG machine.

Otherwise, I won't miss the series. I have ITG 1 for PS2 and it's difficult to the point where it's not fun anymore (having to hit 4 panels at once for example)

Yes, but I love the new patch that RoXoR released for the ITG2 machines. Now you have the ability to take any song in the world (Has to be cut to 2min or less), make steps to them in Step Mania, and play them at the arcade. What I think RoXoR is going to do is release "Song Packs" that you can put on your USB to play in the arcades.

Talk about reviving an old topic here, but I just found my favorite song from Supernova and I thought I could share it with those people who don't own or have not played Supernova yet. The song is called Max 300 Super Max-Me Mix. You can find the song here: http://cmkgraphics.imeem.com/music/B8BxJssc/max_300_supermaxme_mix_real/ . Oh yeah, and to talk about my status as a player, I've gotten a little bit better using the Supernova machine at Starcade in DL. And thanks to my friend Hawk, I know what songs to pick and how to do them.
