carowindsman Posted March 30, 2006 Share Posted March 30, 2006 I am new been a long time reader wanted you guys to check my park out Paramount Parks has announced its newest theme park Paramount Movie Studios. The park will be the latest generation park with rides like no one has seen before. Incredible theming is a must and there is no crevice uncovered. Areas that will start in the park -Congo -Nick Central -Thrill Zone -Midway Here it is the first construction pictures of Paramount Movie Studios The pictures show the construction crews entering the the parking lot and getting ready for a long few months ahead. As you can see the outside of the park is nearly done just adding the addition of signs and such. (Please note the Entrance is not complete) Construction Video The video above shows an overview of the whole park, work has actually begun inside the park with the addition of its new unnamed terrain flyer(Thank SFMM for that lol) Latest construction shots shows that construction has really gone into full gear with significant rides already in place. First Screenshot is a screen of the new B&M Terrain Flyer (Please Note that Ride is Not Complete) The Second Screen is of the Nick Central Area shwoing off rides such as Taxi Chase and the Nick O' Round The Third Screen is of Boomerang Bay, showing its two main slides Sydney Falls (Background) and Kangaroo Pouch (In Front) and of course the Wave Pool In the press release the GM for the park stated that rides will be constructed first while scenery will begin slow but will pick up as areas are near completion On to the update construction crew are beginning to add scenery to Old West and Nick Central. ( You can probably tell which is which and also the other screen is of Nick O Round going through construction) the other screen is of the new wooden coaster ( i am not sure about it yet) and also for your pleasure i have a view from the latest webcam view of the skytower and you can get a better view of the park. Top Gun Desert Strike Hope You Enjoy Please Comment Top Gun Desert Strike Update 11/28/05 I have a new update of the new nearly completed Nick Universe all thats left to do is finish up the last bit of rides in the empty section and i will be complete then i make my way to the Congo Section This screen is of Wild Thornberrys River Adventures front entrance This screen is of Wandas Fairly Odd Coaster (In Themeing Construction) Here is the latest screens of Italian Job where i have begun to theme it Also here is some more info about the ride Speed:50-60 mph Ride Time: 45 Seconds Ride begins from the directors cut of the movie where they actually are able to steal from the mansion then moves on to the road and subway then to the helicopter scene to the pipe into the water. First Screen is of the Helicopter Scene (Still In Construction) The Station based off the mansion and the exit is based off the train of course. This is the restuarant in between the helicopter and stairway scene Its here are you ready to be constricted Press Release -At the time of when snakes ruled the world one snake was known as the king that snake was Anaconda. Able to constrict its prey like a door slamming on a car. Can you handle this coaster has it trys to suck the life out of you. You begin your ride climbing a side of a mountain nearly 140feet in the air then sliding down to capture a prey you plummet back around the mountain into trees. Then as you go around you come to a valley deep down and you fly back up into the sky to just fall back down. When you least expect it you turn into the death roll or some might call it the pretzel loop. You finish off slithering through the crevices of the mountain only to come back to a temple which worships the ground you lay on. Only to find out that more unsuspecting explorers await your wrath. It can only be Paramount Movie Studios Come Get Your 2006 Platinum Pass to face this incredible beast These are the first screenshots of Anaconda during full fledge testing(You will be happy to know that this ride was left for an hour and has not broke down yet) only theming remains. Details Will Come in a Little While This is the near complete station for Anaconda. The dead trees are supposed to resemble something like brush that the snake slithers through. carowindsman Posted March 30, 2006 Author Share Posted March 30, 2006 Here it is in all its glory see the entire park in motion with the Park Promo Video which wil be availiable in the download Hope you enjoy its nothing too special Promo Video By the way construction news and rumors 2007 Construction News -Titanic is still just sitting on the ground awaiting for building plans to come back -On a further note If plans dont come out like planned Hurler will be in fact redesigned and totally destroyed and be rebuilt in a more stronger but smaller appeal -Plans are underway if the money is around that one more ride might come out of 2007 -Movie Studios Zoo is nearly complete with lush array of scenery and a major waterfall right in the middle perfect for photos. Rumors -An ACE Event is a possibility -Italian Job Might be torn up Another update as yes plans didnt come as people would like but Hurler has already begun demolition o the whole first drop and tunnel area. More as it becomes availiable. For people who have not seen the area that will remain unchanged A valid ACE member did the unthinkable and finally got a screen he wanted riding PAramount Movie Studios Ferris Wheel he snagged Titanic as it nears completion of the lift. (Fast Yes I Know) Another update another big step for Titanic. The 2nd hill has been completed and work has already started for the 3rd hill a pic brought to you by the park and also another pic of a hole that is filled with concrete wonder what it could mean. Another coaster enthusiast did the unthinkable and climbed on the tree and take a pic of some sort of box with something in it.. PMS is hush about it after the picture was show on the internet more will be revealed as time goes on. In Other News Animals have arrived in the park for the Zoo (Lions, Horses, and Elephants) Enjoy. Announcement Time Ladies and Gentlemen The time is almost here Titanic has been completed but if safety tests dont pass the ride will be SBNO. A statement from the GM said we care more about the people and we understand this is what they want but times can be rough. The Staff decided to leave everybody on a good note with the screens of the layout completed (It may change) but will see also we have screens of future attractions in the pipeline. THERE IS NO THEMEING WAITING FOR SAFETY CHECK 1st Possible Future Attraction - After a long and pain staking delay titanics layout was completed. Ride starts off calm with some amazing airtime but when the iceberg hits you sink down into the water then all heck breaks loose as the boat (Train) goes down the sea floor. And the new Mystery Ride White Water Falls Personal Opinions from the designers. Titanic was interesting cause the gm didnt want the ride to be all the same as the others. Its not what was originally planned but it gives the same effect White Water Falls is what they call a beta ride if all goes plan it will be opened but not in that location 2008 i know it might be wierd but 2008 will be my final year i am already telling you now what it is it is going to be the Addams Family Coaster placed where italian job is i know the park is going through a coaster phase but the idea is there and i am going with that also Hurler will not be open till 2009 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The boat will be as accurate as can be from the queue line stand point you will enter over the water then weave into the boat then enter the grand staircase Hurler is finished Enahncements to the ride failed so the area will be demolished and refurbished for later use stay tuned A new update after a hiatus the park construction is starting to come back alive hope it will continue to go smoothly. Due to size constraints only the mid section of the boat is being constructed. As for the grand staircase well lets just say its being a pain right now. Outside of the boat is doing good though. Crews hope to see the second smoke stack up within the next few days with the dining room and staircase to be following right behind. carowindsman Posted April 6, 2006 Author Share Posted April 6, 2006 New update Flat rides are moving to the area closer to drop zone and where hurler used to be here is the first move of a flat ride called Failure to Launch (Funny cause it seems that IJ has been having some launch problems lately) Other news Titanic has started showing more life the boat is near completed, smoke stacks are running only thing left is the new resturant area (Yes it will be close to the other resturants) but Titanics Harbor is now going through its construction. The resturant- Yes it is blocky but harbor buildings didnt have archy Here is the queue entrance where people enter of course. carowindsman Posted April 14, 2006 Author Share Posted April 14, 2006 I will get that up as soon as possible The other big news for the 2007 is the new South Gate near the county fair area at the moment its just a gate but will soon liven up and with that it will bring a revamped County Fair area Also with the recent showing of Expedition Everest amazing light package Paramount decided o what the hey we have a mountain lets give Anacondas Mountain a new light package (Still Under Counstruction). The lighting packages are also starting to make there way around this area so expect county fair to be a lot brighter pretty soon. Next is Top Gun Desert Strike is also undergoing a lighting package. First order of business Italian Job i near completely demolished just a few more track pieces to be taken out. still wondering whats going there well might have to wait for the first track sighting which could be anyday now. Next is the Go Kart or should i say quad bike track that was supposed to be open for 2007 but wasnt ready in time has been completed now awaitng scenery Hope You enjoy also the site has now opened up the interactive map for the 2006 season.
