Favorite Disney Park of All Disney Resorts' Parks!

I decided to "bite the proverbial bullet" and fix this myself. Kudos to Soren for starting up such a poll.

But here we go, all of them posted for your choosing. Open ended...for now.

 

EDIT to add: I know, I know, it's still lopsided. Some of you will be only comparing Disneyland to any of the four parks that are in Walt Disney World. Or not. Others may have only one Disney park they've ever been to. Stuff happens. But I'm still curious of who's been where, etc? And what they enjoyed about that park?

 

EDIT-EDIT to Add!!! By the way, the list is made, in order of the years each park opened. Earliest to latest. And a Bonus Part of this is, two of the parks opened the same year. Can you figure it out?

DisneySea. Because, among literally every other thing about the park, this -

I'll go with the original DL for now. I think it has the best "quality and quantity" blend of attractions and the riverside New Orleans Square setting really makes the park's atmosphere for me. Very tough decision between it and DisneySea, but as much as I liked the latter, my experience there felt incomplete with Journey to the Center of the Earth down for refurbishment. With both that and Fantasy Springs I could see my opinion changing one day.

I know TPR community is likely biased as we are more likely to have visited DisneySea and love love it. But yeah, that is my pick. It isn't an easy pick for me, honestly though. It is the park that absolutely impressed me the most. However, if I could only go to one park for the rest of my life it would likely be either original DL or Tokyo Disneyland. Purely because some of my favorites are there. I love Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Space Mountain, and Splash Mountain more than many of the rides at DisneySea.

 

So it is a bit tricky. But DisneySea wins out for the wow factor and the level of immersion. I'll be anxious to revisit once they have much of this expansion complete in a few years (hopefully).

Honestly, once you've been to Tokyo DisneySea, your theme park "perspective" kind of gets overloaded with TDS awesomeness. For myself, I haven't been to Shanghai Disneyland, or Animal Kingdom. But hey, you like what ya like right now... right?

My current favorite is WDW's Hollywood Studios. Mainly because of ToT and Rockin' Roller Coaster! Two awesomely fun rides! Magic Kingdom comes in at a close second. However, once we make our first trip to Tokyo DisneySea I bet my favorite will change!

Until this year I would have said Tokyo Disneyland. I'm in the rare minority here that prefer the castle park to DisneySea. That's not a bash against DisneySea, but more a testament to just how well executed Tokyo's castle park is.

 

But Rise of the Resistance and MaxPass has swung my vote back towards the original Disneyland.
