Favorite Defunct Roller Coaster/Ride

I think I'd have to say Texas Cyclone.

 

Probably more for nostalgia reasons as opposed to how great the coaster was though.

AstroWorld was awesome. Shame I was only two years old when that place was torn down. At least we still have the Coney Island Cyclone...

I'm going with the Wacky Soap Box Racers at Knott's Berry Farm. This coaster was a unique ride and lots of fun. At least we still have Steeplechase at Blackpool.

Steeplechase has three tracks, so Knott's did Blackpool one better.

I'll add Buzz Saw Falls to the list!! However, it was replaced by an even MORE amazing coaster, so not complaining!

Gotta say, mine was definetly Big Bad Wolf. While Verbolten kicked butt, nothing will ever top an Arrow suspended.

The Disaster Transport at CP, because it had sold theming. I don't think they made a mistake though in getting rid of it.

Jaws at USF. Next to Revenge of the Mummy it was my favorite ride in the park when I visited back in 2009. I'm sure Diagon Alley is great, but out of all the rides that they could kill for it...

As far as coasters go my favorite defunct ones are Great Adv.'s GASM and Chiller and BGW's BBW;despite the rave reviews for Verbolton and GL,I still miss those old rides.

And as for other defunct rides I miss is Mr. Toad's Wild Ride and KD's Haunted River.
