MayTheGForceBeWithYou
Looks a little lacking, but that's normal with a first update. What can we expect in the near future? BTW Clean up your screenshots. Name a peep David Walsh and hit Ctrl+U; it will hide all the menus and sidebars.

SoCalCoasters
As it stands this park has very little in terms of substance theming and cohesiveness. If you don't have the skill or the time to make a park to Universal Standards, don't give it a universal name. I'm not seeing much in these shots. It's not Universal. It's just a hodgepodge of several rides and a Universal Globe. If you are going after the Universal name you need theming, detail and skill. Socal, Socal i'm going to do a bunch of ride's and some new concept's for some attraction's like Woody Woodpecker, Bttf, Jaws, JP, ROTM And aswell E.T. Oh and Rotm will not be completed until Project's tower's thirteen ct will be out but for now i will think of actaully doing BTTF And JP. Oh and Invertigo is a universal picture's Thriller so i thought if i can do a drop tower themed to the motion Picture. Theming will be added soon but for now i might bring a photo update on the are of Universal's senic tour's and woody woodpecker. Oh and socal this is my first park so back off! It's constructive criticism. You've shown little to make me think this is Universal. You aren't portraying a Universal setting. I haven't seen substance, detail, or anything that really make this seem like a Universal park. The key word here is UNIVERSAL. This is your first park? Okay. That doesn't mean you don't fix it's flaws simply because it's your first attempt.

I am going to agree with Socal, there is not much for us to comment on, I understand that it is your first park, but make sure that there is more in your screenshots. Again it is CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, it's supposed to make you think, and (hopefully) improve. SoCalCoasters
See this is exactly what I was talking about. This park just doesn't fit Universal's Atmosphere. Detail is everything, and I just am not feeling it.
A.J.
This entire thread reeks of "bad quality". Here are some suggestions - A) Spend more than a day between updates. Giving yourself three or four days to work means that you can get a lot more stuff done and you can focus on the details. I would rather look at a well-made, substantial update every four days than a crappy one every day. B) Use the spelling and grammar check. I'll leave your posts the way they are so you can edit them yourself. You really need to learn how to spell. I'm being very nice about it, and there's a certain moderator that lurks around the games forum that does not take bad grammar very well... QueerRudie
As an Arizona 'resident' I can say you're doing a decent job with the rides, etc... but with one major problem: There's no green in Arizona. I mean that. It's open desert here. I live in a taupe and brown house, where I have dune, sand, dusty brown and ecru coloured lands and stones, and brown everything. While it is great to think that a large park could afford the irrigation to make it green and lush, unless you've scored an underground spring or have a fortune to spend, I'd consider 'de-greening' the park, and sticking with more native plants, desert colors and rocks. Here's a few examples of what you'd find scenery wise: 1.)Open green lawns aren't common here- the water bills are too high. Instead, place green sections in small islands throughout the park. 2.) Bushes should be carefully arranged to fit the scene, and use rocks or bolders surrounding Palm (Taller) trees or smaller desert shrubs. 3.) Reduce down the number of non-desert trees to an ABSOLUTE minimum. Pine trees will not survive here, nor will you find Oak, Maple or other types of trees. It's simply too hot! They will broil into oblivion in no time flat. 4.) Shade coverings are a MUST over most major pathways: Consider adding canopy type structures over most midway areas- Your guests will appreciate this 5.) Water attractions are not going to be big here, unless they're enclosed completely. Due to the dry hot climate, you'd have a huge amount of evaporation EVERYWHERE, and a River Rapids ride would be out in no time flat. Arizona is a great place- but you might want to re-think the greening of the park if you're going for accuracy here. R.D. GFMT
Universalgeek
Thank you QueerRudie, and although Flagstaff has pine trees up north, the park may have some more desert in Wild West Adventure.I'll rethink that small island into becoming into just a plain lake, but for the themepark i think at least 2 water attractions with theming would be good. There will be a big update on Friday at 8 - just a simple day at Universal Studios Arizona and a big resort update on that weekend so stay tuned for the biggest news yet! And maybe I might do a indoor JP after all. Stay tuned... Edited February 21, 2012 by QueerRudie

I305KD
It doesn't look like Universal. I'm going to agree with SoCal. But, since it's your first park ,I'm pretty sure you'll improve over time. But it looks like it would be a good non-Universal park. Remember, constructive criticism is good. It helps you improve. Don't give up on a project just because a couple people saw flaws. It helps you improve. I can't wait to see the next update!
donkeyman18
^Yes he will improve but now I don't feel the "movie magic" of universal. It needs more work and there is like rudie said NO green in Arizona.

Ace Of Spades
Not half bad actually, certainly better than some of your previous un-themed installations for the park. That being said, I'd suggest varying up the trees outside the ride a little bit, and maybe adding a bit more scenery/varying up the terrain. Also, it seems awfully short, but that's not necessarily terrible if you can make every second of it count!
Universalgeek
A citiwalk update and now a HHN maze annoucement and now i'm here to announce the second and final maze. sorry that there are only 2 mazes this year but this one will be the most unique maze because it is basicly small and there are only about 5 rooms in the maze. so here is the Logo of the maze The name is Terror in Newyork in zombie-vision 3-d Edited February 29, 2012 by A.J.
