KyleN Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 (edited) I have been playing rct3 since it was made. Been part of the ataricommunity, and am active in rctlounge and shyguysworld. This is a new boardwalk park I was making based off of the real one, with some changes here and there. Hope you enjoy! Edited June 7, 2011 by mcjaco
imawesome1124 Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Welcome to TPR! This is really awesome. Although I don't like OC much, this is a very nice looking park. Well done.
Ace Of Spades Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Hey Kyle, I remember you from Atari! Loved your parks there, and looks like they've gotten even better in the meantime! Welcome to TPR, by the way!
89James89 Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 (edited) Plookoon? Looks awesome as I've said before. I love the fact that soemone has actually used that plane ride lol. Cheers 89James89 Edited June 7, 2011 by QueerRudie
KyleN Posted June 8, 2011 Author Posted June 8, 2011 Welcome to TPR! This is really awesome. Although I don't like OC much, this is a very nice looking park. Well done. ^ Thanks! Why do you hate Ocean City MD? Its such a cool place. Its as cool as Wildwood. Hey Kyle, I remember you from Atari! Loved your parks there, and looks like they've gotten even better in the meantime! Welcome to TPR, by the way! ^ Hey I think I remember you, thanks for checking this out! Wow, This is awesome! Great job! ^ Thank you Nitro. It's looking good, keep it up... ^ Thanks! Plookoon? Looks awesome as I've said before. I love the fact that soemone has actually used that plane ride lol. Cheers 89James89 ^ Who is this Plogoon? I guess I'll take it as a compliment. Thank you James! Wait, this is Ploo's work? Awesome! ^ Well apparently people keep calling me Plo. Thanks anyway! Update time: Here is an update just for this forum! I'm so glad you guys like it so far, usually when I post a project it gets ignored. So thanks again everyone! Off season blues: September is a hard time for the workers and staff; heck they need motivators just to get projects done and over with. ^ This darkride needed paint this season, I have heard that its going to be sold to another park or fair. Not a loss if this is true. ^ Super Jet is showing its age, it is 20 years old. Needs some primer and paint from this harsh salty air. ^ Morbid Manor will need some major renovations this year since the Inspector deemed the structure a fire hazard. This walkthrough haunted house is a legend down on the boards and have heard some crazy stories about the encounters of the unknown. ^ As impressive the front is the back is sort of half assed. ^ Walking inside the strobe room, had to check some wires in here. ^ The coffin corridor is very dark when the lights are off. ^ One of the biggest rooms is the cemetery/forest scene, Scott is acting out his part for me. Thats it for the TPR exclusive update! Check back for some more fun and thrills!
Ace Of Spades Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 That's a genius idea to make a walkthrough haunted house using the minigolf path! And the inside of that haunted house looks great! By the way, Plookoon was another RCT3 player back on Atari who also made Ocean City type boardwalks. Your style is very similar to his, so if someone didn't know the difference between you and him it'd be easy to confuse your work for his, and vice-versa. (Both of your styles are great by the way!)

imawesome1124 Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 That walkthrough house looks really awesome. And I didn't say I hate OC, I said I don't like it all that much. I just think OC is filthy and ghetto compared to places like Myrtle Beach, which is where we go every year. Let us end the conversation here, as I don't want to change the subject and possibly anger a mod. P.S. I am looking forward to seeing more of this.
mcjaco Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Let us end the conversation here, as I don't want to change the subject and possibly anger a mod. I haven't taken my angry pills today. You're fine. And he asked, you're just responding. Nice work. I like it, as it's not something done very often.
KyleN Posted June 9, 2011 Author Posted June 9, 2011 Update Time: ==> Some more shots in the dead of fall. ^ A view from up top Oceanic Hotel. ^ 4D Experience will be leaving soon; its official. ^ Rockin Tug is a great hit with kids and families. ^ Hurricane Himalaya is a great teen ride. ^ Off the end of the boardwalk is the Inlet village. Thats it for today folks!
rct_gals Posted June 10, 2011 Posted June 10, 2011 The haunted house looks great. What a perfect idea. Loving your park so far. I'll definately be following this.
B.A.B Posted June 10, 2011 Posted June 10, 2011 I like this park,it reminds of that peir from the Jersey Shore.
KyleN Posted June 12, 2011 Author Posted June 12, 2011 ^ Thanks guys! ^ Cool night shot, the pier is alive in the darker hours. ^ The HANTD HOUSE, hehehe.... ^ But overall the boards are taking shape...
ANJLOVER14 Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 Wow, that looks really good! Nice work! I can't think of any critiques because I couldn't do better myself!
CorkscrewFoley Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 DAMN! Question, how long did it take you to work on the Pinfari? I have been struggling for years to make a decent one (yeah, I know they're crud, but that's besides the point).
