The Bag-Of-Crap Giveaway Thread!

Recommended Posts

CLues so far:

IVY, "DESIRE", STEEL, BOLT, ILLINOIS, SUBMARINE, and LOGS.

I'm going with the Python Pit at Go Bananas in Chicago.

Ivy = the park is on the north side of Chicago, not far from Wrigley Field, which is famous for ivy walls

Steel = it's a steel coaster

Illinois/Lincoln = it's in Illinois, the Land of Lincoln

"Desire" = song by U2, who had a concert at Soldier Field in Chicago this summer (that's a reach)

WOW- You earned at least two points there... but it's not the coaster in mind... Keep going, though- as I like the way you think (even if it IS Wrigley Field and not ATT Park...)

- Steel strip of over wood track

- Located in a boardwalk themed area similar to the original Cyclone – boardwalks are close to the beach, where there’s water and possibly submarines

- Made of logs

- Sister coaster to another Cyclone clone in IL

- Once the number 1 coaster in the world

- Clam-shaped headrests later in life

- Located in the same park as a Batman coaster (Poison Ivy as a villain)

Katapult at Splash Zone Waterpark

HIDDEN, STEEL, BOLT, SUBMARINE, ILLINOIS, IVY, CLAM and LOG

Log- On a boardwalk, also the park had a wooden.

Clam- Near the ocean.

Ivy- The ride could be covered in ivy, abandoned in a field.

Illinois- Lincoln's in this photo! http://www.rcdb.com/1942.htm?p=5274

Bolt- Bolted together and apart, it was a traveling coaster.

Steel- It was steel.

Hidden- The location of any Schwarzkopf Catapult is unknown.

Desire- RD probably desires to ride this rare Schwarzkopf.

Submarine- Since its a waterpark.

Demon - SFGAm

Held together by bolts – built by the same company that built a lightning bolt themed ride in the park

Steel coaster

Close to water rides

Surrounded by trees and plants (Log and Ivy)

Located in Illinois

Very desired by families as a first looping coaster for their kids

Located next to a coaster with clamshell restraints

Portions of the ride are hidden by tunnels and foliage

Part of the original ride is still operating and part of it is gone

LOL- Yes, I DO wish I could have ridden it- but that's not the "DESIRE" I was thinking of- nor is it the right coaster...

Greezed Lightnin' at SFKK.

Bolt = lightning

Illinois = used to be located at SFGAm

Lincoln = he was born in Kentucky

Steel = the ride is steel

Submarine = parts of the track of the former shuttle loop at Six Flags Marine World were used to repair parts of Greezed Lightnin'

You were very warm a while ago... and while Greezed lighting DOES make me hot, your answer is cold...

"DESIRE", LOGS, CLAM, ILLINOIS, STEEL, BOLT, IVY, SUBMARINE, and HIDDEN.

Keep going, everyone. if you start to put other people's answers together, you'll get VERY close to it.

Another Guess:

IVY, LOGS, ILLINOIS, STEEL, BOLT, and SUBMARINE.

Ivy: Alot of the structure is covered in it

Logs: Its structure is made of them

Steel: Even though the structure is wood, the rails are steel

Bolt: You can see and hear them on the ride and

It has an underwater tunnel like a submarine

And it desires to actually be the worlds first tubular steel coaster

Its the Runaway Mine Train at SFOT

Lightning Loops

Bolt – electricity, lightning

Steel coaster

Painted similar colors to a submarine (probably used the same paint too)

Built where a Batman clone sits today (Poison Ivy)

Batman coasters originated in IL

Half the ride is operating and the other half is defunct

This coaster was once very desired because it went upside down

One of the trains was a blue/white color (color of some clamshells)

The defunct half is hidden from view of the GP

Supernova was a planned name for a ride at GAdv

SUPERNOVA, CLAM, ILLINOIS, STEEL, BOLT, "DESIRE", SUBMARINE, IVY AND LOGS.

Supernova: The Hydraulic system also has a pneumatic section that expells super hot gas, just like a supernova

Clam: it has wonderful clamtype lapbars

Its made of steel

Its had issues with bolts on the launching cable

Many in the area "desire" to ride it

Its painted yellow like a submarine

The Queue is full of Ivy and Logs

The parks nearest competition is in ILLINOIS

Its Top Thrill Dragster.

Excellent logic. You're on the wrong track, but excellent logic.

Also great logic- but nope. you're also on the wrong track.

Remember to ask YES and NO questions, too-

Shockwave from SFGAm?

- Its not operating but a near clone of it is. Plus its trains are in use and some of Demons track was replaced with Shockwave track

- Its built with bolts, shocks come from bolts of electricity

- Steel coaster

- In Illinois

- Track was blue, like water, which submarines go in

- The ride had trees around it, trees make logs

- Superman now stands in its place. He's a hero, Ivy is a villan, both from DC Comics (I think )

- Superman is a B&M, B&Ms use clam shell restraints

- People have desire for it to come back some day

- Theres such thing as a Supernova Shockwave!

I'll have to use that one in the future... I like it. Sadly, it's not the right coaster. But your logic is IMPECCABLE!

BuzzSaw Falls

As Powder Keg, it's somewhat still open.

It's a submarine as it's a watercoaster.

As Powder Keg the nitro laanch explodes like a supernova.

Log themed cars.

Ivy in the terrain it follows.

Isn't a car from the BuzzSaw Falls hidden in Powder Keg's que?

Powder Keg has a fast acceleartion and bolts quickly.
