SonOfBeastSucks Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 I just got two Green Day tickets as a late birthday gift from a friend! The concert is Monday, September 12 at the Conseco Field House in Indianapolis, Indiana at 7 PM! Well it is exciting for me anyway because I am a huge Green Day fan.

The event staff company i work for is working this concert so one of my supervisors is going to put us on the field!

Rollerholden Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 I like Green Day and I have some of their cds and band tees...but they are seeming over played to me. Lots of my friends are going to the concert but I didn't want to. I just went to a concert earlier this month.
eyeamthu1 Posted August 27, 2005 Posted August 27, 2005 Green Day rock. They are currently the biggest band in the world at the moment, and in my opinion, deserve to be. They're the best. Â American Idiot came around at just the right time and is different enough to separate itself from all the sub-standard releases at the moment, but it still manages to rock like crazy! Â But the real reason Green Day are so big is their live shows. They've toured furiously for a year and live, they're just incredible. Billie-Joe is the world's best frontman at the moment. I saw GD at the start of this year in Cardiff, and they were both technically awesome but also visually too. Â I have the utmost respect for GD, they rule!

They have become a bit more theatrical recently (the american idiot tour has a lot of the same gags as when they toured with Blink182) but it is still TONS of fun.

The set was awesome and the stuff that they had going on during the concert was awesome too! If i had the chance i would definately go see them again!
