What did you learn today?

Today, I learned how to spell "kookaburra". I don't remember ever seeing the word in print before. When searching, I spelled it "kukuburra".

When I was younger, I thought kookaburras and cuckoos were related, which was confusing.

I learned that it is possible to find a short line for checking out at Wal-Mart on a Sunday!

It's funny how I can read things over and over again and still read them incorrectly each time!

I learned how to get a laptop computer connected to our wireless network, so now the girls can use their laptops elsewhere in the house while I hog---I mean, use---the one in the bedroom.

I learned why I can't "join" certain groups on here. It's because I'm already in them.
