thrillgeek Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 I did a search and found nothing so I'm sorry if this was asked before. I'm wondering...with all of the traveling you guys do how is Kidtums handling it? There has to be a time where she needs to stop moving for one second of her life.
SharkTums Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 If you look through the updates you'll see she's doing just fine! You'll also notice that she's not in every picture, because I'll often find a nice quiet place to hang out with her at a park, or go to the kids area, or an air conditioned restaurant while she's crashed out. She's never been a real 'schedule oriented' baby, so the travelling doesn't seem to really bother her. The only hard part is the jetlag when we get home but she seems to adjust by an hour a day so we only have like 8 more days to go this time around!
DBru Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 ^Glad to hear that. So from her experience with coasters so far, does she seem to enjoy them? (And what is her credit count now, anyway? lol)
SharkTums Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 She's at 13 if you count powered, and 10 if you don't! Some other KT Stats... - She's been to: 133 different parks 15 Countries 24 States
Noxegon Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 Jaysus... sounds to me like she's better qualified on foreign policy than Sarah Palin
SharkTums Posted September 28, 2008 Posted September 28, 2008 ^That's insulting to KidTums! Of course she is! She's shaken hands with more foreigners than Sarah Palin ever will!
thrillgeek Posted September 29, 2008 Author Posted September 29, 2008 Wow that's some awesome info. Thanks Elissa!
disneygurlz2s Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 That's insulting to KidTums! Of course she is! She's shaken hands with more foreigners than Sarah Palin ever will! LOL!! Good one! We love seeing the pictures of her and I completely agree that little ones who are not as "schedule oriented" tend to do a lot better with travel and long days out at parks, etc than ones who are used to a very strict schedule. Shari
BeemerBoy Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 She's at 13 if you count powered, and 10 if you don't! Some other KT Stats... - She's been to: 133 different parks 15 Countries 24 States Any chance you and Robb are looking to adopt two 34 year olds?
SharkTums Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 ^^ & ^ LOL! Well you're all my children! And trust me, no more kids for us, but if we did change our mind, we would be open to adopting some adults instead of going though the whole baby crap! Hmm, this could be a new TPR Reality Show "Who wants to be adopted by Robb & Elissa?"
rollerboy Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 13 credits?! That's more than me! Good for you KT.
BkkMan13 Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 Aw man, wish I knew to count credits when I rode my first coaster oh well. Kidtums has gone to more places than me! I havent even been out of the country. She must be the coolest, and she is .
ebl Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 I had to count my first credits as I, II, III... And I don't think I got my first one till I was at least four or five! To date, I've been to all but 43 states, but I'm working on it... Lucky Kristen! It's great she'll have a lot of pictures and video to see when she gets older. Eric
