NINCUB Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Great TR. I would have loved to come meet everyone on Sat as this would have been the closest park to me that a bunch of TPRers went to visit. Oh well.... maybe next time! :0)
Coaster Palooza Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Hey Scott, That was truly an awesome TR and captured every great moment. We're back in Atlanta after Dollywood. Gyendolynne says, "Maybe I've had too much to drink, but that was a hilarious TR." We had a lot of fun with all of you too! Hope to see you soon. We will update Coaster Palooza 2008 when we get back later this week.
Hercules Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 And I thought Big Mike was kidding about getting the shirts made up. I will never underestimate him again. I think those need to be put into the TPR store!
larrygator Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 ^Jay - What happened to you? You used to be a smart a reasonable person. Good PTR Scott. "I hear ya"
Hercules Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Thanks! But I've jumped onto the Big Mike bandwagon baby!
Big Mike Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Thanks Jay The bandwagon still has room for plenty more! Peace, Big Mike
TheRapidsNerd Posted April 2, 2008 Posted April 2, 2008 Okay, here you've got Ninja or GASM. hehe, somewhere a martial arts enthusiast just chuckled. Yep, I did. Good TR Scott. Is SFoG still waiting to run the water attractions until later in the summer?
Scaparri Posted April 2, 2008 Posted April 2, 2008 A certain 'Bama student will need to try and contain himself here. Yay lifthill shot. Scott, why do you rock so hard? Proceed on over to the DL update of my road trip thread and you will be graciously rewarded. And I'm going to have to second your notion that OG's Gotham City is the best. I, also, am yet to find better. Great TR, dude. Wish I could have made it out there with you guys!
BeemerBoy Posted April 2, 2008 Author Posted April 2, 2008 ^ Thanks man. Yeah, despite the rain, you missed a really fun day. No NO!!! This is for the employees not the guests! Since we all know that SF employees are the best texters around! Well played. ^^ Actually, they managed to have the log flume running that day. Everything else was dried up and closed. Thanks again for the compliments, guys. Had it not been for the great company we kept that day, I probably would've spent my time miserable and ripping on ACE or something. Love ya all!.....or is it "ya'll?" Rick, we're definitely looking forward to your TR. Hope you guys enjoyed Dollywood! Scott "I DON'T ROLL ON SHABBOS" B.
TheRapidsNerd Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 Actually, they managed to have the log flume running that day. Everything else was dried up and closed. Good about the flume, but bummer about the other water rides. Heh, guess Thunder River ain't even a drizzle. Still a good and entertaining adventure. So who was the guy in the yellow shirt again?
