Either El Toro or Goliaths tunnel after the first drop.

 

I would have to say, Spacemountain at WDW, Lights on, check it out, also when going into last tunnel, you can actually touch the top of it.

 

My friend actually broke his wrists by putting his hands up on a space mountian so that is definatly up there.

The first drop on Desperado has always made me duck down.

 

I've seen several people on Gold Rusher at SFMM manage to hurt their hands by putting them up, it is possible in places to slap Log Jammer.

In the Beast's Helix, you're usually okay if you put your hands straight up, but I've seen people come back with seriously injured hands from sticking their arms out sideways, there's much less clearance that way. So be careful, and obey the "Keep Hands and Arms inside the car" signs.

I'm sorry, but this one wins, no contest.

 

Going up the lift, there is an overhead track that you MUST duck under. This isn't reach-up-and-try-to-touch-it close, this is duck-down-in-the-car-or-slam-your-head-on-the-track close.

 

Luckily, it happens on the lift, so you see it coming.

 

 

There's a bridge for the exit ramp on the log flume at Gold Reef City that's the same way. You have to practically lie down in the flume log to get under the bridge!

Demon at Cali's Great America has one of my favorite headchoppers: the rock right before the double corkscrew. It looks like you're going to hit it, but you're not in any danger. Thanks Arrow horsecollars!
