robbalvey
http://www.kake.com/news/headlines/1617781.html For Sale: Joyland Amusement Park Jennifer Bocchieri June 9 - After months of financial trouble, you can now own a piece or all of Joyland. The amusement park will go to the highest bidder. The owners were not having luck marketing the park to people in the industry, so they came up with what some may call an amusing idea. You can now buy Joyland on ebay. The list price is $1.6 million. Since the park was listed on the online auction site Wednesday night, it has already had more than 100 hits, and 40 e-mails. CoasterFanatic
Well if we divide it equally amongst all of our readers it's only $18,250 each! Actually, I was kind of thinking the same thing. 1.6 actually sounds pretty low for a park of it's size. The coaster (from what I hear) is in pretty decent shape, and they have a Tracy "Whacky Shack. Hattuchili
Okay, why not! Let us buy this Theme Park, and rename it as: "Robb´s + Elissa´s Wonderland", or "RatTums Park" - with the ultimate "Big Rat Roller Coaster"! --Sören
crispy
That would be cool, I wish I had the $ to buy it, would be hard, but fun to own I wonder what the payments would be on that, you know they have normal houses, not a huge house, in Santa Cruz for that price if you had a really good job, and could afford the park, I can't see why not to buy it
