What is your favorite Harry Potter book?

I only bothered to read the first 3, and the 4th was so boring in the beginning. But out of those 3, my favorite was definately the Chamber of Secrets.

I think I like the Chamber of Secrets the best. When I first read it, it was almost scary, and it's hard to find a scary book. Just something about the whole idea of that book is really cool.

Anyway, all of the above. I view it was one big book in seven parts, since it technically is. So i can't answer the question since no single book would be any good without the others around it.

I have yet to read #6 and #7, but I tought The Chamber of Secrets was the best so far.

I think it's ironic many people have said Chamber of Secrets so far, it was actually my least favorite book, with Prizoner of Azkaban being my favorite. Half Blood Prince is right behind it, but it felt like set up for Deathly Hallows (I'm only four chapters into it, don't spill the beans people...)

Honestly, all of the books are great. They really pulled me in, and I loved every one of them. however, J.K.'s writing in #5 is absolutely the best. This is where she really shows her strength at allowing harry to really show his full range of emotions. It was an emotional rollercoaster...

Where's seven on the list of options? I personally liked this new one the best, with the sixth close behind, then the third and second. But this new one really rocked. For those who haven't read it yet, go buy it now.
