Well, judging by that building in the background, it's in dubia.

I just saw this on a TPR DVD, I think it may be called diving coaster. I believe it’s in Japan.

That hotel is called the Grand Intercontinental Hotel. Next to it is the Landmark Tower, the tallest building in Japan. From which Vanish looks tiny.
