Scaparri Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 Yeah, that King Cobra trick track was so awkward, but pretty fun at the same time. It really makes me miss it too.
Satoshi Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 looks like some trick track elements are gonna give you some kinda bangings in the head like you're going to be whiplash. that's why i don't like tricky track thing on the woodie ride part.
oriolat Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 At least, they could have replaced that section with a floater hill... Damn! it's straight track... and a pretty long section :S
FlyingScooter Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 I went by GL last weekend and didn't them doing anything to Villain. Maybe they're just planning on taking it down to move it elsewhere.
RollerC Posted February 7, 2007 Author Posted February 7, 2007 Doubt it. There are pics of construction people by the straight way.
TheGreatOne Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 It really is shame that Six Flags let the ride get so bad. It is an amazing, air-filled ride when it's running well. I'm not one to complain about roughness on coasters, but even Villain makes me uncomfortable. I still ride in the last seat over and over again whenever I go, however. Yep, back in 2000...Villain was amazing. It was my favorite ride in the park. If they really are doing a full rehab, it will help take the sting of losing Superman and X-Flight.
verticalzero Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 Trick Track needs to go near the end of the ride not at the beginning with the train running at the highest speed, no wonder people complained about beng rough etc. Trick Track dates back years ago, there was some on the "Cyclone"
