IwantRevenge Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 This is Rampage my best woddie or even ride ever! it's fast, long, and terrained. Its a GCI built on and around the shore line of a giant lake, you'll reach speeds of 62mph as you snake around the terrian, trees, and other track pieces. You have no idea what awaits as you climb the lfit and the rest of the track is covered in a dense fog. Now then, pull down the restriant, prepare, and hold on! for the ride of your life. Please elave Feedback I cannot count howmany times i've requested this and no one has listened, I'm very interested in what you think of my ride, but I can't find out without feedback. Rampage.nltrack Downlaod and leave Feedback or else! Beautiful Screen.
Golfie Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I just downloaded this earlier today on CS. I think it's a great ride, but there are some points where you should watch your laterals. I love that suprise drop into the lake - airtime HEAVEN! The ride overall was very GCI-esc, but some of the transitions were choppy and proportioned improperly.
thefitness Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Nice work but it rolled back for me at one point...after the trim
asr Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Wow. From the one picture it looks awesome, at first I though it was a real picture not a NL screenshot!
coasterdude5 Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Great ride! The fog enviroment made it really cool, too.
Calaway Park Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 It rolled back at the trim for me too...
IwantRevenge Posted September 24, 2006 Author Posted September 24, 2006 For the roll backs are you guys using 1.55? Becuase the track uses Improved Friction in 1.6.
IwantRevenge Posted September 24, 2006 Author Posted September 24, 2006 ^ yeah becuase me and all my friends use 1.6 and it never rolled back.
Vekoma Fan Boy Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 ^1.55 Doesn't have imporved friction, that is the problem.
CP_RULES Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 ^In my experiences the iproved friction slowed down the train MORE, maybe Im wrong but thats what I thought.
BorisTF Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 ^In my experiences the iproved friction slowed down the train MORE, maybe Im wrong but thats what I thought.Depends on train length, longer trains seem to go a bit faster than they would in 1.55.
IwantRevenge Posted September 25, 2006 Author Posted September 25, 2006 ^ yeah and these trains are 10 cars long, so now i'm 100% sure it's becuase of Improved friction.
F1shy Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Well, if it helps with any of your guys' problems... I don't even HAVE NL, so I can't ride it. Period. But that picture = amazing. It makes me want to buy the game.
IwantRevenge Posted September 25, 2006 Author Posted September 25, 2006 ^ lol that settles it. But yeah guys get 1.6 then Re-Downloadit
coasterfan200692 Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 why did it not make it through one of the hills, im not sure if this has been answered but if it's your fault you should at least make sure that your roller coaster makes it through everything that you have put it through.
IwantRevenge Posted October 7, 2006 Author Posted October 7, 2006 ^Now that just annoys me, if you read the last page you'll find out that if you don't have 1.6 it will roll back due to improved friction.
