LMAO at that video. Swamp Thing at Vekoma standards and general publics and their slang. It was one of the best videos ever;

 

It had:

-VeComa!!!! In all its pain!

-General Public's thinking that Swamp Thing goes upside down.

-Kid saying "Cowabunga!" (he watches too much Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)

Man, I swear.... Swamp Thing is the worst ride in the park..... Its actually worse than the video. Its sad when you gotta ride the wooden roller coaster for the smoother ride.

 

Vekoma makes CG's Okochobee Rampage, too? Don't they? At least that one is smooth, if a tiny ride.

I've never ridden one of these, just the converted Vampire at Chessington. I can't imagine them being so bad, but it seems that they really are.

I rode Swamp Thing at Wild Adventures, and yeah, it was crap. I mean, it's really sad....what doesn't Vekoma understand? Ugh..I don't even know what to say.

I'm fairly certain that Vekoma is the cheapest coaster builder -- so the old addage, "You get what you pay for."

 

I don't know why the Swamp Things are so rough.... They are tame offerings. After all, the Vekoma roller skaters that are also in both parks are fairly smooth riding.

I can only attest to this one but Runaway Reptar at PKI has the Vekoma squeal as well.

That movie was packed full of things to say on roller coasters! Screw whatever comment I was going to say while on a coaster, I'll now replace it with "Geranamo!" or another of the suave sayings that could be heard. Ooh, I can't wait.

I have one in the front seat, but I just thought this one was too good. My favorite part was when I screamed "JESUS! THIS IS TOO BUMPY!", then the kid behind me goes, "What are you talking about?!? This is fun!!!"....
