Sorry if this one was said already but I can't stand those ED commercials. They come up every time my brothers gaming show goes to a break! He doesn't need to know how to get "That certain part of the male body" larger

I still get a little nervous on drop towers and log flumes but coasters.....nah. Maybe a little tense on launching coasters but that's about it. -
Two Grown Ups, Three Days, Which Parks in Flordia!?
thrillgeek replied to ofthebest's topic in Ask Alvey
^In my opinion it's more of a family park just because it only has 2 great coasters and a few awesome rides. Other than that all the other rides it seems are geared more towards family. When I went I just did re-rides on the Hulk, Dueling Dragons, spiderman, and Dr. Dooms. Spiderman is a once in a life time experience though. It's such a unique ride. -

Glad you had fun! That was smart of you to return to KK later after the line cleared out. 15 min for El Toro? Not bad. -
It's 3 in the morning and I'm still up

Good Coaster, Bad Park
thrillgeek replied to coasterstud522's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
in regaurds to the screamin vs soarin debate, its more of a capacity issue. Screaming flushes riders through and probably gets more guests during the day, where as soaring loads slow and as a result gets longer wait times and line, but less riders. I think Knott's is a good example of good rides but crappy park. Hate the place. They've really ruined what used to be a really good park. It could be one of the best parks, a pleasant surprise like the Busch parks where you would not expect to much, but get a lot. But unfortunately knott's fails. And its worth a visit on weekdays during the off season with discounted coupons. ^Why is Knotts hated so much? I'd like to make it down there next year and would like to know. You might also add Incredible Hulk and Dueling Dragons to this list. To me the park is great if your with your family but if your just there for the coasters......yeah your kind of stuck just doing re-rides. Re-rides on two great coasters but re-rides non the less. -
Haha that sounds like some of the employees at my Target. It couldn't have been me though because I'm good at my job.

Sounds like one of those old school rides from way back when at Coney Island -
Good Coaster, Bad Park

I think every park besides CP, MM, and a few others have this same problem. My home park is like this. Medusa, V2, and Roar are great coasters in a semi descent Six Flags park mixed with animals. Only the "Best" parks have multiple award winning coasters it seems. -

Very nice PTR! From reading the reviews I'm not surprised you said SR was better than Fahrenheit. How can you say the GCI's were bad though? No I've never been on them myself but their GCI's. -
