We went to the 1st Heart of Florida airshow today. Boy was it neat!!! This was the first time either Leanne or I have seen the Blue Angels in action. Anyways, right down to business. Here are some pictures. Red Baron loves it when you buy thier pizza. Wow! They really do some crazy things up high. The Red Baron bi-planes doing the Derek maneuver. Didn't this plane use to be parked at Carowinds? This helicopter performed a scene right out of Scarface. This used to happen to me quite a bit when I used to play the old video game, Choplifter. This is better than reality T.V. This guy is going to be dog meat. "Let's sick our K9 dog named Buddha on this loser." "He's getting away!" COPS: Gainesville. Oh boy! I know one area is going to be really stinky later in the day. Blue Angel plane #2 getting worked on before the performance. We are the Blue Angels, come any closer and we will kick your butt. You can check in, but you can't check out. I am glad the tobacco companies are here promoting their product at a "family" show. One of the vendors was selling all of these cool patches. You could probably find some cool coaster names if you look carefully. Leanne, a future member of the Marine Corps. This is Leanne and her good friend Dar, before they started looking like lobsters. I bet this guy knows where the free pizza is....or was. Oh, its the Red Baron group. I wonder if they are giving away free pizza today I guess we got very lucky that there was a single school bus driving around along with all those tiny trams. Oh well, I was kinda looking foward to waiting in line for another 20-30 minutes. Instead of paying for parking, you bought the airshow tickets as you were driving in. And I thought Cypress Garden's parking lot trams were sad. Remember, we are parking in Green today. Well, I thought it was an airshow. At least we can pick up a pet lizard or a monkey on the way out.

I dunno, I think that a lot of older 8-bit games had lava in it. Mega-Man, Mario, some of the later Zelda games, Metroid etc. It seemed that a lot of games always had the fire/lava level and the ice level. Oh you can't forget Aladdin for the Sega Genesis, that had a lava level on it with the flying carpet. A lot of shooter games had lava levels like Thunder Force, some Gradius games etc.

Theme Park Review In The TOP TEN?!?
Erik Johnson replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well you earned it Robb and Elissa! Thanks to you, I got over my coaster-phobia!! So your #1 in my book. -
In all honesty, everyone can post a photo trip report if they want to. Just take some good pictures of a park and post a new topic under the roller coaster forum. Write a short (or long) introduction for it and think up some original captions for each photo, its real easy. http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=137 Click above for some instructions.

Photo Report: Missle Test or Aliens
Erik Johnson replied to SharkTums's topic in Random, Random, Random
Well thats freaky, Im glad it did not hit anything on the ground. -
As some mentioned before Mission Space may have less Gs the most roller coasters, but the duration is the big diffrence on this ride. I have ridden Mission Space probably 50+ times now and it still is quite thrilling to me. There are all sorts of warning signs and annoucements leading up to the ride so it really is the parent's responsibility in the choice concerning weather or not thier kid gets on the ride. I am glad Disney is not going to change the height limit for something that was not their fault.

The first video game I ever played was back in the late 70s called, Sea Wolf. Then came Space Invaders.

People are too easily offended these days, or find ways to be offended.

Your most unusual video game system
Erik Johnson replied to Erik Johnson's topic in Random, Random, Random
Did someone say Commodore 64? Here is one of my disc boxes. Archon and M.U.L.E. were my two favorites, but I liked plenty more as well. I got three Commodore 64s, and not a single one runs quite right. -
Carowinds Discussion Thread
Erik Johnson replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
We had a lot of fun at Carowinds Waterworks, this will just make it better. Though I hope they add more tubes for the lazy river. -
I have been working on a complete park this past month or so after I got back into the game becuase of all these great contests. Anyways, the parks name is: The Elements. Remember its still a work in progress. This is my TTD rip-off, except I put it inside of a mountain. I can't think of a name for it, maybe you can help. Onride POV of The Hell Mouth. The Hell Mouth This is my wooden coaster, The Fire Eater, in the start of the fire themed area. Onride POV of Beasty Beasty launching out of the launch tunnel. This area is themed as The Woods. This is my Rock n Rollercoaster knock-off, Beasty. (It was my first coaster I ever constructed for RC3) Here is an overview picture of The elements.

LOL! Its my work van. Since I have to be working in Ocala up until Thursday afternoon, I will have to bring the work van with us on our trip in order to save an hour and a half of travel time. Otherwise we would be quite late for HHN. The work van is mostly empty inside other than the two seats and a small console. As Elissa calls its...its my "scary van".
