It is just hard to explain. Maybe it is because all I can think about is how much pain I am in from the roughness. I have just never really liked Magnum that much, I don't dislike it at all, but all I can think about when I am on it is this is way too overhyped. Like Robb said "I just don't get it." -

Don't get me wrong I love MF infact it is one of my favorite coasters, but you can't tell me that it has A LOT of airtime. The only place that you really get airtime is on the first drop. The rest is just minor floater air, and for Magnum, I just don't get airtime. -

What?!? I think that you mean the "hold on to your spurs" sign. and I believe that means that it will go fast, just like saying "hold on to your hats." -

WTF!! that is so weird! I hope it is just the way the light is shinning on it or that will be VERY painful! That definatley fits the "sidewindin" sign that is right next to those track peices. It looks as if CP might have put the teaser signs up right next to the part of the coaster that they describe. I can't wait to see "back up bronco" and "were goin in a whole new direction." -

It also appears that the second *vertical* drop will be diving right down this little cliff, Its seem we have a terrian coaster on or hands! http://www.bgescape.com/Gallery/displayimage.php?album=12&pos=7 It is amazing what you can get off of a tesear video! -

If you look at this picture: http://www.bgescape.com/Gallery/displayimage.php?album=12&pos=4 and you compare it to the video, it appears that the cable cars will go right through this coaster, maybe under the turn around. I love these cable cars because you get awsome veiws of the park and all of its coasters, just imagine going right next to the vertical drop of this beast. It would be amazing! -
I would be happy if either of the Six Flags parks in Texas would get a spinner considering they are my two favorite SF parks. Although I can garuntee you that this coaster will go to SFFT only because they havn't recieved a new ride in years and they already have construction signs around the area. I personally love Timbeland Twister at the Park at MOA, and it has the same design as MSP at SFNE. I don't know about MSP but TT spins like crazy and you experience airtime on the drop and the hill before the final helix, it also has a good loading time also with the line never going above ten minutes. I am just happy we will be seeing some new coasters that I really like, custom or not.

For those who are interested in this track installment there is a video here: http://www.funcoast.com/index/11975 -
I went on Jurassic Park at USH all alone, in the middle of a hot day over spring break! It was the weirdest feeling being all alone in that huge boat with all of the effects working for you and no one else. It was very erie and a lot scarier (even though it is never scary to me). It is just very odd to have all of the effects going and to be by yourself.

Great trip report Eric, I really like how it wasn't all about coasters. Have you been on all of the superman's (not just the flying ones) out of all of them I think that SROS at SFNE and SKC at SFFT are the best. Very well done trip report again! -

looks a lot like SheiKra! -
I think that they are changing it because it is sort of missleading. The park does'nt have just marine animals but land animals, shows, and rides too. I think that it is being changed because Discovery Kingdom is more appropiate for the park and it will seem less confusing to the GP. SFMW sounds like an aquarium but SFDK sounds like an amusemt park. Just my double pennies.

I hope that the other Six Flags parks that just recently fired their characters don't have the same outcome. Like SFMW, I went to the park this weekend and didn't see a single character. Although every single ride was running which I have never seen before. -

Well it looks like SFEG is up for sale at a cost of 170 million dollars. Lets hope it doesn't have the same fate as Astroworld, but it looks like it will. I have never been to this park, infact I was supposed to go this year but my trip was cancelled, It was one of my last Six Flags parks. http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_4144186 -
I was also on TPR, and I couldn't figure out why my mom was running through the house. Then It got louder and harder so I got out of my chair, stood up, and the ground was moving below me and all of the furniture was moving back and forth. I was so freaked out.
