There was a mechanic from Marineland taking measurements of the Little Dipper's breaks. He is in the process of restoring one. I should of asked him about it.

I was talking with George about ACE declaring the Bluestreak to be a landmark and he did not know about that. Last weekend I was at the Volunteer event Saturday we Cleaned the Beach club, had another walkback of the Bluestreak, and I was staying the night at the hotel so I arranged for a Ghost Walk(Very Succsesful). I stayed at the hotel and I left the lamp on that was beside my bed and when I woke up it was off. A hour later I was laying down playing my PSP and the light turned back on by it's self. Here are Pics. It was a fun Weekend A bicycle built for 2 A toilet Paper roll? Then me and my friend went to the Bluestreak. Here is shot form under the Platform. ^ well the reason the hotel is opening first is because it's ready to go. I stayed a night last week. Kiddyland is far from done but it will take less work than the big rides. I have been there helping out and yesturdayI helped prep the Hotel Dining room for a prom for a local high school last night. Me and George went looking at the damage for a series of storms that happened on tuesday. And A tornado touched down a few miles away. But the only real damage was a tree that went through a bathroom at the Bluestreak Picnic grove. It also went through this shed. Across the tracks Now it has a sky light At least it was not the Bluestreak.

Deshner told me if they do not get the full money he will open in phases. Starting with Hotel Conneaut and Camperland. Then Kiddyland then the other rides then the rest of the park.

I just thought you may want to know they are still holding the volunteer weekend this weekend.

I will be going in Tomorrow to drop off my applicatiion I will pick up a few of them tokens.

My only problem was with a carny that ran the Musik Express at a local fair. I sat down and locked my self in. A few minutes later he came by and unlocked my seat and said no single riders. I had riddin a couple times already and there were other single riders on and he did not say anything to them. I told him I refuse to leave and asked him to show me a sign that said no single riders and he told me it was one of the rules of the ride. and I said no it is not and I refuse to leave and I sat back down and locked my self in. He looks at me and starts the ride. I was going to report him but I was ready to go home.

Is he stupid.? If sommething don't change now I don't see the park reopening. That is their only chance to open this year. They cannot aford another year closed.

I have heard talk of bringing back the Ball Crawl to kiddieland. I just got home from The Volunteer event and I figured I would do a Trip Report. I got there abit late becase the park never announced anything but I helped Greg Sutterlin on the new haunted house. He still needs building permits But he did clear it out and is ready to go. I found out my old kiddyland supervisor was there we all call her Grandma. I talked with her and she said she was coming back. (If you want to ride the Little Dipper talk with her she would let you on.) We had a good Lunch of Meatball sandwiches and Chili. After that we went back and worked on the Haunted House we come up with good ideas we found uses in the house for every thing from Speakers and Mirrors to Toilets. Than I talked with George Deshner about Permission to do a walk back of the Bluestreak. He said it was ok so I gathered some people that was there to do a tour. Before that we went to a house on the Property that Greg bought. It was over 150 years old. It was a house a hotel and a dorm. We went to clean up balls that were used in the Ball Crawl that used to be at the park. you could tell it used to be a dorm it had beer cans everywhere and shot gun holes in the sealing don't know why, and had balls everywhere. I found my friend I worked with in kiddyland. It was intersting they had makeshift bridges over water and things I never knew was there. There was abunch of stuff that people droped on the bluestreak. It only too about a half hour. After that we got a free ride on the Kaylee Bell. It was alot of fun and after that I left. I went with Kennywood because of the classic feel of the place and it has alot of trees and landscape.

I went with Raptor because TTD was fun but it was too short for my likings. And I still have not lost my MF virginity.

Brown Streak I am curious are you taking about the Jungle Cruise at disney or the one that used to be at Conneaut?

Well most people around here want to see the park open but some don't such as local politics and a few problem causers. For the most part everyone wants to see the park make it because of the money it brings to the community.

The court has ruled in favor of the sale. Another step closer A few more stories Judge ruling may not be the end Alternatives to park’s master plan

Some more news has come up recently with the opening in a little over a month it has turned to a crunch time for the park. The park will hire Professional management to run areas of the park. Leroy stearns the court overseer of the park is confidant the park will ope provide the court approves the sale. More Here They have also begun to review applications for the park board that should be in place before the 2008 season. More Here Tuesday is the court date which will determine if the park can open or not.

Construction has finnaly begun they ae already driving steel into the ground for support of the structure. I was up there yesturday and got pics of the construction if you want to see them go here.

The Dates have been announced for the Clean Up weekends. The are always fun and you get free food and a room at the hotel.

I hope they do the whole park it could have great missions there. Like a Mob Boss out for a day with his family and you have to snipe him from the Ferris wheel.

What is this wourld coming to. Soon they will be putting speed limits on coasters.

I got a new computer last night that has it. Is it easy to work or harder than XP?

That place is fun I went last year. I wish the had the wacky worm when I went they had 2 dragon wagons instead. The ring of fire was fun but the Op. left us upside down for almost 5 minutes I thought it was broke. I want to go back this year but I hae to convince my parents (Uh not easy).
