^ Lake Erie speedway is just out side of Erie (I think) The Witch's Stew is a spinning ride with two arms that have two cars on each arm. Cars are allowed to spinn freely. Wow this has not been a good year for Ride Ops.

I just signed. I know how the locals are felling. But you don't seem to be having many people signing.

I do not see how they will ban the kid the whole year. I bet the park will forget about it after a week.

There s talk about getting the Beach Club and the Hotel opened in a week or two. Greg went to the board with a good plan. I also over heard a bit of the meeting nothing informative just george going through a list of names. don't know what for. I also took a drive through the park and it was very dark. The lights that are all ways on the the hotel front window were out and it was different. In other news from the lake The Barbra J which is a paddle wheel that used to operate at the park like the Kaylee Belle has reopened. It now belongs to the silver shore sea food resturant.

I remember in 1st grade when I was in Youngstown Oh. we had a fair but on a much smaller scale. I remember it was set up behind the high school which was next to the grade school. The only ride was a bounce house I remember it was shaped like a dog. And they had a couple food stands. My teacher took our class to it. Aw the good old days.

Girls these days. Last year when I went to waldermeer I was walking down the Midway and some random girls comes up to me and starts screaming at me accuseing me of calling here friend a Slu*. I never seen any of them 2 before and there were around 15. I tried to ignor her and walk away but the keeped following me and screaming at me. I went to an employee and the called up security. They removed both of them from the park. I am happy they inforce the rules.

I can see these 30 day where he will do nothing and George will be working his heart out. I hope this new board will focus on the only thing that will save the park ADVERTISING which the park has been lacking these last few years. Most people think the park has been closed scince 1995 now even more will think the park is closed from this year. You can't survive on word of mouth anymore.

I think it will work. It will take the stress of just 1 person to make all the decsions. I hope that scince the board won't start till july 6 it won't effect to planned opening by the 4th. Once the funds are gathered.

I went to waldermeer on Saturday June 2nd. We went to Erie to stop at Home Depo to pick up something our local Home Depo did not have. After that we Went to eat at a Diner at the bottom of the hill under Waldermeer. It was good food real cheap with a 50's theme. I suggest Going there. ON the way we past the RF2 construction. The had broke ground on both sides and were working on the side away from the park. They had a tarp laying down the hill where the Drop Will be. After we went to Prescile State Park and Drove around there for two long hours. Finally I made it to Waldermeer. The New X Scream drop Tower Gloomed above Everything. I did not Have a lot of time so I just got tickets. My first ride of the year was Thunder River.It was a Let Down. The did not the music Playing or the Cool effects in the Tunnel. Then My First Coaster of the year was the Comet. I was hoping my first would be the Bluestreak at CLP but you all know about that. My little brother rode with me. I got him over his fears of big coasters now I just got to get him over hisfears of Inversions. The ride might be smal but I like it. They must of be short handed because when I got in line a Machanic was running it for Breaks I asked if I could Take My camera on he said no. But when the Real Op. came back I asked again and he said ok. So I got some got Pics. My last ride before I left was the Steel Dragon. Still a good ride. Cannot wait till Next Year with RF2. I bet it's because of when they said they were closed last week and failed to open Memorial day weekend. The electric company could of shut of power any time they did not pay bills. Now that CLP is so bouncy. They probly just want there money before they get robbed. I don't blame them.

Last year we had a newlymarried couple ride the Bluestreak when Ace rented it for 2 hours after the park closed. They got the 2nd seat and they had a camera crew with them who sat in the First Seat. It was cool seeing the light of the Camera Going through the woods. I decided to give thm an extra thing to remember for there night. ACE approved and let them on. It was nice.

Friday at 1 is the big day. It is the court date to decide about LeRoys resignation. There is 3 possible out comes from this. 1) He appoints a New Custodian to over see operations of the park. 2) He appoints a board to Operate the park. 3) He Orders the Park to be Liquidated. 3 is Very bad.

You can now order tokens on line. Using PayPal. All money raised is still going to opening this season. Save Conneaut I have also recived word that the Benifit concert that was planed for the 9th at the park has been moved to the Fairway 12 motel just down the road from the park.

I would like to see every ride from RCT3. Bigger trains like the ones at Dolywood. More Staff options. Shows Games Curving Walkways. Better Gates and Security checks More Entertainers Smaller Q's (half square) Bigger Bathrooms And Vending Machines.

There will be a meeting sunday at 1pm at Stable Pit and Pub here at in Conneaut Lake (Need directions send me a PM) about the park. I was at the park today and it was very lively. They had 3 security gaurds there 1 at the gate the others by the beach. There was cars coming in and out and they had a donation jar by the Gaurd Gate. The Beach Was Packed and there were still running cruises on the Kaylee Bell. They were also movinjg supplies in to the First Aid. The town was also packed with vacationers heading home Sheetz gas line was out onto the road.
