    I can't upload videos anymore. When I click on the "Upload Video" button, it turns green and then back to normal but the progress bar doesn't pop up. Then when I click on it a second time the bar pops up and says "Uploading, please wait" but it doesn't upload anything and it doesn't say how much it has uploaded.

    Kiddieland, for those who don't know, was a very nice family amusement park in Illinois. Due to family disputes and land lease issues, it is now closed for good. I was lucky enough to be able to go down and get to the park before they closed and I must say that I loved the place. There was so much family charm and it seemed like every family generation was there ranging from kids to grandparents. Now that Kiddieland is closed, the only major park in Illinois is Six Flags Great America. So here it is, pictures from the now closed Kiddieland. I do have quite a few videos as well including raw footage of Little Dipper, the train, the antique cars, log jammer, and a music video. I'll be uploading and posting them when I get the chance. Please excuse blurry pictures, my camera is not the best. All POV footage and pictures were taken with permission from the park. I also do have larger and higher quality copies of all the pictures if anyone would want one. I was finally able to upload all of my Kiddieland videos! -Kiddieland 9-26-09 -Auto Cars -Little Dipper -Log Jammer -Train pt. 1 -Train pt. 2 And I will end this report with one of my favorite pictures. Thanks for reading! Night shots Scooters Tilt-A-Whirl signage A couple more Little Dipper pics. It's time to ride the train! Um, no comment. NERD!!!!! Scrambler Artsy The ferris wheel I did not ride it. Pipeline Tornado Back to Log Jammer Cars I think the cow wanted to "pound" it Little Dipper Station Classic handbrakes. LOTS of skeeball! And they have skeeball! OMG GALAGA!!! I loved their arcade full of retro games. This reminds me of someone's avatar... Polyp! Park map Log Jammer signage H20 or water as it is more commonly known as. SKLOOSH!!! Almost there... Wait for it... The log flume was also very nice. This was one of the nicest car rides i've been on. Now time for the antique cars full of hilly terrain and trees! Galleon signage Galleon The ferris wheel Scrambler POV! Tilty and whirly "Scooters" or bumper cars as they're commonly known as. The train with buzz bars! Lift hill Little Dipper! CLOWN!!! Kiddieland The train. Kiddieland. It was cloudy when we got there but it cleared up later.

    There are some new pics from the Cedar Point Blog of the first steel pieces for Shoot the Rapids. They are also pouring footers. You can also check out the construction by watching the webcam or by going to the construction gallery.

    Well Tidal Wave is at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom as Greezed Lightnin' and right now it seems like they're getting rid of all of their rides so you never know where it may pop up next.

    ^Probably to save money. I went the second weekend and there was barely anyone there which I LOVED!!! And as for Chang, it seems like the only possible place to put it is where SSA and the go-karts are. Other less likely locations would be removing Iron Wolf and expanding into the employee parking lot or put it on the other side of Eagle. If we do get Chang (which seems likely at this point in time) I really hope that they can somehow make it floorless.

    That is totally awesome! I was wondering how long we would have to wait to see Timberliners on a coaster and i'm am very excited to ride The Voyage next year along with Wildabeest!

    If the ride was flawed and there were lots of problems with it, why did they open it in the first place? How much of that article is true?

    Joining Theme Park Review, listening to lots of coaster podcasts, going to Kiddieland before they closed, and making my own coaster website.

    I'm going to continue to cheer for my home team. GO BREWERS!!! Big Mike, please don't curse us.

    No one knows the exact reason why they havn't been using the holding brake, but there are 2 theories. 1. It broke and they never got around to fixing it 2. It was very expensive to use the holding brake so they turned it off to save money

    ^Unfortunately it takes another 30 minutes for the front row which is why i've haven't done it. But I am glad that they are fixing the brake and giving it some new paint. Hopefully they'll continue this TLC with other rides and buildings throughout the park.

    I would just like to say that I had a BLAST tonight hanging out with everyone and i'm glad I did come down. Thanks to everyone for being amazing friends and I can't wait to see you all again!

    I will be able to come on tomorrow! Only problem is I work till 2:30 so I probably wouldn't get there till 4. Can't wait to see everyone!
