Chadster's Vacation Adventures: Final Edition!
traincrossin replied to chadster's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Go Pack go! Thanks for the report Chad and Jo, glad you guys had a good time. I'm also glad to hear that they're expanding the stadium! Tickets to Packer games are so hard to come by. Season tickets have been sold out since 1960 and there are over 86000 names on the waitlist today! Gotta like that cheap child labor -

Weren't those claims already looked into? I thought the state inspected all of the rides at Indiana Beach and didn't find anything wrong. -

For some reason this place reminds me of of a mini-Holiday World. Looks like a fun little place! Oh, and you got to see Santa too. How many houses does that guy have? -

^After he supposedly deleted the pictures from his camera he was taken down into the catacombs of Cedar Point to be tortured by the peeing dolls and to double check he had no other pictures taken from rides on his camera. The end. Funny report as always! -

The wrestlers call themselves midgets and they promote themselves as midget wrestlers, not little people wrestlers. -

^^^Just seems a bit narrow to me like it was just squeezed in there. Maybe spread it out a bit more, add a few more swooping turns? That back to back corkscrew element seems odd too. -

Would Friday be a better day to go to the park even though they're not open as long? -
^ & ^^ What they said. While Fright Fest is a fun time to go to Six Flags, it's never been amazing. It's fun seeing the whole park decorated for Halloween, but the mazes are usually meh. By the looks of it they're putting a little more effort into all of Fright Fest this year and it's looking great so far. Hopefully they'll keep making the event better and better!

Hmm, bolt. Kind of reminds me of lightning bolt, so maybe it has bolt in the name like Lightning Racer? Might mean that is has a high chance of getting struck by lightning, so something tall like Dragster? Dragster would also "bolt" out of the station, but I think that guess would be too obvious. -
Well I would imagine part of the track is gone so cranes and equipment can get through there. It's a little strip of metal, I don't think it would be that hard to replace. Although i'm not sure what's going on with the garage. Maybe with rising gas prices and maintenance it's finally time for the cars to leave. Where did you hear this from? Because if it's true, then yea, cars are definitely gone. Yup, I can't wait!

Nope. Hopefully there will be once it's officially announced by Great America. I'm hoping the layout will be intense and pretty compact, especially at 3000ft. For those wondering, Batman is 2700 ft, Superman is 2798ft, and Iron Wolf is 2900ft. Anyone know if they'll actually remove the antique cars for X-Flight? Obviously it's closed now while construction is going on, but will they reopen it next year?
