Sweet! I'm up for a stair coaster ride! Mabey we can create some sort of ramp off the second floor into the jacuzzi! It could be like a home made water coaster! That would be awesome! -

^Yes! That is a great idea. So the other kids that get injured at Ryans house can sue his father. That's the way to maintain our litigious society. Ryan, what you do to yourself is one thing (and quite funny I might add). Don't get yourself into trouble by encourageing your friends to engage in something against their wills. Keep up the great work. But don't let yourself get dragged down by someone elses stupid mistake. -

Thank you Kathy for setting the record straight! It's so refreshing to hear that S&S will be around for the long haul. More importantly, that Stan is going to be in the drivers seat. I have thrillingly loved all S&S rides that that I have had the pleasure of getting aboard. No Screaming Squirell yet. Damn! I look forward to hearing about the projects that are planned for the future as they allways are a fine addition to any park. One question. Is Arrow staying or going? Hopefully you can answer that. It's great news to hear you all are going to remain a part of the amusement industry. -
Wow! This sounds like a lot of fun. Can I come? Just kidding! first and foremost, I wanted to thank Robb & Elissa for throwing an awesome party. Again. I am saving a special place in my loins just for the two of you. I loved catching up with the TPR old timers. (I don't mean old in the literal sense. You know who you are.) It was also cool to meet all the new faces and hear stories of the UK trip. I just want to say that I have never met a better bunch of people in the world. All of you are awesome! I so look forward to riding with you all in the future! Thanks again R&E! See ya'll soon

The adventure of Lil' Robby Robb

I'm gonna laugh if ACER Joe is the only survivor. Excellent way to incorporate Dan. Ohhh! Is that much blood an acceptable ammount of wetness? Gutsy move killing off one of your main characters. Very Joss Whedon of you. I am sad for Robb. It's gonna be a rough week for him to get over her. Keep up the good work! -

I agree with Joey. (Probably the last time you will ever hear anybody say that. ) on the scaling back and parts sales. I do however think that they will continue to build their staples. Tower rides and the now popular Screaming Swing. That way they can hire freelance project managers on a need by need basis without having the huge staffing overhead between projects. I can only hope that they don't entirely phase out their other ride projects entirely. I love the catupult at 6FNE. -

This is indeed sad news. I hope that they are able to survive this. I know that there are lots of parks that love the S&S brand name. It is a very competetive market though, IMHO it seems that the overhead of ride manufacturers is pretty high, with the profit margin fairly low. It would think that you need an incredibly high volume of sales, with reliable, non problematic attractions. Like the towers. I think that they may have bust their purse strings with the quick acquisition of Arrow and the wood coaster division. Combine that with the then lack of truly sucessfull product afterward leads to company wide collapse. Just remember, the crazy contraptions that Stan has come up with can still be manufactured by others. So if it's the loss of the rides that you fear. I wouldn't worry too much. There is always someone out there that is able to tweak the idea to make it that much better and more reliable. Isn't that how B&M started? Still, I hope for their sake that this is a temporary setback. -
^^Sorry, didn't mean to steal your thunder. It's just that when someone says something to me. I tend to react without thinking. It's more of a curse than a blessing. So (by some odd chance) if Ryan were standing next to a pool and someone said "Guy tackle Ryan." Chances are good, that it would happen instantly. So it's realy just bad reflexes. Not thunder stealing. Anyway, watch out.
