I have been up until 3 or 4 am every day doing trip stuff and photos. Please be happy with the TRs as they are now. If I did video also I seriously would not have time to sleep. I tried looking for the video of the poem from last years Euro trip to link to, so borisdag could view it. I think it would be appropriate under the circumstances. I couldn't find it. Does any mod know if it has been removed? Hope you all are having a great time. -

^Don't create so much meaning from his statement. I believe you have gravely misinterpreted what was said. -

That was brilliant! Did you all plan that? -
^I agree, I think at the most we'll see a couple of fly to lay positions and of course the infamous lay to fly position. I think we might also see a brand new sized ride vehicle that would accomodate a 48" rider as well. It seems that Bush Inc. has quite an unusual way of getting B&M to create rides for them that are not in their normal scope. I also think I read somewhere that they were intent on keeping this ride family oriented. Anyway, just my two cents.

That is awesome Jon! About the book. Not the lack of sleep. I'm so glad your enjoying it.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- pagemaster_b wrote: So, Guy. Tell us the truth. Just how many rejection letters did your wife get? All joking aside, major congrats for your wife. I'll look for it the next time I'm at the bookstore. I'm exceedingly jealous and am vowing (again) to complete those damned unfinished novels of mine. She got hundreds of rejection letters. Most saying that they loved the novel but were not aquiring any new talent at this time. Then finaly she got like three agencies all at the same time interested in it. Even if you can't find it. Ask for it. That will show more interest, and it will get out to more stores. Don't be jealous. When you are inspired, the writing will continue. The key is just to write every day. Just to keep in habit. That way when your inner muse tells you that you are ready to continue, you will allready be in the habit of writing. Quote: Out of curiosity, about how long did it take her to write the novel? Once she finished it how long did it take to get published? If you don't include any re-writes, it took her about 6 months to write the first draft. The getting it published portion took over a year. However, in that time she was able to do edits, more character development, as well as finish the first draft of her second novel and start her third. _________________ Order your copy of "Coaster Expedition Volume 10: Midwest Mania USA" http://www.themeparkreview.com/store/index.php?categoryID=2

Key word you used was good. He used the term great! More precisely "Plenty of Great." Plenty to me would imply at least more than half. Even by his list of Great coasters it's still not 50% of what the park has to offer. El Toro & Nitro are great coasters. Every time I pass through NJ I stop in and ride them. Skull Mountain was fun. Was it great? Not as far as I'm conserned. No offense to the Batman, but there's one around every corner. In orger for their Batman to become great it needs to stand out from other coasters. Which is my complaint with all of them, they're all the same. There's no difference from that one that sets it apart from any of the other half dozen Batman clones. Same problem with Medusa & Superman. Kingda Blah is just that. Honestly, my third favorite coaster at the park is GASM. It's at least some what of a different layout than Viper. Which gives it a different ride. It stands out. I've said it dozens of times. If it wasn't for Nitro and El Toro I wouldn't waste time at the park. I stop in, get an express Q-bot, ride those two several times and move on to my next destination. When I'm there with friends, I go to have a GREAT time with friends. I don't go out of my way to get to the place to ride Medusa, Batman, Superman or heaven forbid Kingda Ka. Now, I do understand that my tastes in rides differ from other enthusiasts, and I respect that. To each his own. I just personaly don't consider anything else there great. With that said, I will stop by the next time I'm in Jersey and be sure to get the Dark Knight credit between the other two. -

Wait! We're talking about 6FGAdv right? If by plenty you mean 2. Right? -
Hey TPR friends. My lovely Wife has just had her first novel published. It is titled RESONANCE, and is written under the name A.J. SCUDIERE. You can find it for sale on line at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, as well as her personal website. In addition, I am told that it is currently being stocked on most major bookseller’s shelves. If they don’t have a copy in house, they can get it for you pretty quick. www.ajscudiere.com She also just recently was interviewed for a pod cast that was released today with a slide presentation on YouTube. It is very entertaining, as well as giving you a great idea about what the book encompasses. Check it out. It is currently getting glowing reviews on Amazon as well at her personal site. I can tell you, I have read this book myself, and while I am biased as this is my brilliant Wife’s first novel. I can honestly say I enjoyed RESONANCE very much. The story is based in science fact; however, it never talks down to its reader, or gets convoluted in technical jargon like a Tom Clancy or Michael Crichton novel. I especially liked the fact that it doesn’t just give you one protagonist. It gives you a whole ensemble cast of very likable young Scientists and Doctors that work diligently to solve their apocalyptic, planet threatening dilemma. I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5. It is very well paced and quite the page turner. I read it in only two sittings. It really is an extremely enjoyable read. And I am a tough critique. The last book I actually liked was “How to Make Love like a Porn Star.” The Jenna Jameson story. So that will give you some idea of the incredible caliber of reading that this tome is. Now, I know there are several TPR friends that have read it or are in the process of reading it now. I would love to have them comment and give their reviews. Also, if you have some sort of life outside of coasters, (Oh No! He didn’t say that!) And reading is one of your (other) hobbies. I would highly recommend getting your self a copy of RESONANCE by A.J. SCUDIERE. With that said, I will close by saying to all those interested parties... ...ENJOY THE READING!
