I was glad they didn't limit it on TimeSaver. Most of the target audience doesn't get much from TS now. This at least gives something they can use it on. And WWG gives them 3-4 rides to use it on.

Not busy? I left at 4:00 and cars were parked in lot F. That's a fairly busy day. not slammed, but still busy. I've been there when they barely got into D/E that had worse waits for the coasters. DF was fun. Yeh, the 50 min wait for a ~1 min rid is rough. I expect it'll be better once it's it new. The swing was fun too. LR and WE we're in great form and only 15 min wait at noon today. The ribs were great. Didn't get to try the brisket. Pulled pork was OK. The apple and blackberry sauces were interesting. Wouldn't want them all the time, but a nice twist occasionally.

Holiday weekend Friday likely very crowded as people like to take extra days off (make it a 4 day weekend) and kids usually out of school. Yes, you can upgrade ticket to season pass any day. There are bo days that it's not an option.

What part of new management was missed? I never read much about problems with the park until the death. Seemed to have lots of fun, safe rides. Great that people have another option. I didn't when the "local" park (an hour away) closed due to poor management. Next closest was 3+ hrs and we never went. Affected a lot in the area. Summer jobs both at the park and other businesses the depended on the visitors.

... good Hate to see any park close. The effect on the local economy, especially the younger summer workers. Not to mention the loss of the activity (getting kids today outside and moving). New management. Revamp the safety program.

Is it really for loose articles FROM the train or maybe protection from items thrown AT the train? I think riders are more likely to be injured by those on the ground than vice versa.

Yeh I was thinking like Soarin' at Epcot based on the pictures. I think the same people that did HPFJ did it, Dynamic Attractions and RoboCoaster.

I'd prefer a flying ride to the average shooting dark ride. But a ride like Escape from Gringotts or Transformers: The Ride 3D would be great. Even better a robocoaster like HP Forbidden Journey. How to theme to DW I don't know. Flight through the Smokies is a no-brainer though.

It would be unusual to delay after all the stuff they sent out about the preview and open. Lots of people would have made plans by now. I assume they had a plan to get there before they started announcing stuff.
