Groveland is a few miles away from oakwood in a place called St. Clears and it is there all the time. they only have the one coaster but it is a credit and if you have time go ride it.

I don't need to write a TR as Robb has already done it. We were there the day after Robb and the gang, as it was on our agenda for the year and I wish Robb had emailed me all the parks they were going too as it is 15 miles from my house. Flambards, in Cornwall is home to the UK’s most southerly roller coaster and has plenty to do for the whole family. We visited on a beautiful sunny day in june and had a great day there. As well as the rides they have a World War 2 exhibition and a Victorian village and you can even go on board a Concorde cockpit. There used to be a collection of old war planes there too but sadly they are no longer there. All we could see was a helicopter and some engines. The Hornet coaster is a German Zierer and has a very quick lift hill and some good air time. Even though the weather was good the park wasn’t too busy so we had plenty of re-rides and no queuing! It was rough on the backseat but ran quite smooth on the front....

Ok this week we did a smaller UK park for a change and went to Gullivers in Warrington. When we arrived there were more staff cars than visitors and it really showed when we entered the park, I only counted just 30 people including us. The Staff were very friendly and pleased to see someone over 30 LOL. The park is basically set up for the younger thrill seeker, but there are rides for the larger variety. Ok first ride was Antelope, a woody small but fun to ride, it was pretty smooth too. We were able to re ride as much as we wanted due to the lack of visitors to the park. Then we headed over to The Wild Mine Train, But when we got there it was shut due to high winds, so no credit was had there. It is A mouse style ride for any geeks out there. Then we found the newest coaster in the UK it was a week old and it was a kiddie coaster, Mine Train. So of course being the whores we are we rode it Twice. As for the rest of the park it is very well themed with different areas wild west, pirates and their own 6 foot mouse..... Overall the park is a good one if you have children, with friendly staff and some good kiddie rides to keep them occupied and a few good rides for the grown ups, it's worth a visit.... The park is set right in the middle of the UK and isn't that well known compared to Alton Towers or Blackpool.

Bummer ! A few cars broke down in the safari as it was busy and took about 2 hours to get around..

It took me about 24 hours of editing to finish it.......

Naff means just about sucked.

They have taken the monkeys away, so no more monkey pimp my ride anymore.............

Very true I have to admit I Have never had wild animals come so close to us. The park is small but they are getting some sort of drop ride this year, so maybe they are going to upgrade the park a bit.
