If you have a membership theres Skip the Line passes. Dont believe they have anything else for purchase. Last Friday I waited about 30 minutes for Blast Off, 30 minutes for Viper and 20 for Mind Eraser. With the non-sensical distancing rules, lines move very slow. Ride of Steel hadnt opened for the season yet as of about 3pm on Sunday. Id table it until they go full capacity on rides.

Now is the time to care if theyre going to continue the stupid distancing rules. Youre next to these people for an hour in line, but can sit in the same car with them. Theyre sending out Tantrum with one party per car, which in the one case I saw Saturday was 1 person. One. Thank god that one has 2 trains at least.

Overall, much of the same at SFDL. Long lines at member services, long food lines, long line for Viper, Frankentrain on ME, one party per car on Tantrum. Water in Shipwreck Falls was actually clear. The balloon ride in the kiddie section looks like itll be back. Silver Bullet, Motocoaster, Pirate and ROS were the rides I noticed not operating. Stupidest of all was leaving one side of Blast Off unused for "distancing". Even the ride op thought it was stupid. Tantrum also has a great view of Wahoo Wave.

Read it again.... dont look thrilling. Doesnt mean I wouldnt try them, like them or anything else. Doesnt mean I wouldnt ever go there. On the contrary, I wish I had gone there when we were in Hershey. Just wouldnt pick those two over the other two, any time, anywhere. -

Having ridden StormRunner and SDL, but only watched POV's of the other 2, id go to Hershey. StormRunner is insanity and SDL is surprisingly smooth for its age. The other two, while cool and unique, dont look particularly thrilling to me -

And alcoholic ice cream isnt a new concept. Reminds me of the people in WDW groups on Facebook that cry "think of the children!" when people leave their leftover beers outside their door at checkout.
