Maybe it is just me, but I feel like if a project hasn't been able to raise money on its own, it shouldn't get a bond of any kind from the city. I can't foresee this project being a success and I'd hate to see the city of Williamstown dragged down through the mess this will likely continue to descend into as time goes on.

If that warehouse picture is anything to go by, it could mean that they're building another indoor attraction. And considering how well Van Helsing's Factory turned out, I have faith this will be another solid addition!

^That's actually a great point. The press release doesn't reference the 4-D theater at all... I wonder what we could see happen to that venue with the coming of Pantopia, whether it be concurrent with the realm remodeling or after Falcon's Fury opens. It certainly is a big enough plot to support a DarKastle style attraction.

It is interesting to see that USH could be getting the Great Hall Restaurant that was rumored to be coming to Japan's version as well... It also begs to question that, depending on the size of the restaurant complex, could the same restaurant be added to Islands of Adventure's Wizarding World of Harry Potter in the next phase of expansion...

^Hard Rock Park didn't but Freestyle Music Park did, if I remember correctly. It was in the expanded Kids in America section of the park. Either way, this is definitely a sign that the park is ready to be sold off piecemeal.
