The formerly Six Flags-run family entertainment center, American Adventures in Marietta, Georgia has released a very brief statement on their website announcing their closure until further notice. http://www.americanadventuresfunpark.com/ It is a shame to see a place like this close, but if it doesn't reopen, I'm sure the old rides will find new homes in parks around the world... The glass is always half full.

^I don't think a park has to have a looping coaster to make it better... While I haven't been yet, everything I've seen of Valleyfair is that it is a pretty strong park, despite its lack of "loopers." Considering the park just got Renegade not too long ago, I can't see them really splurging on another major coaster addition yet.
