OMG! Today is so boring!

As far as the Locker Policy, I knew this day was coming because they were testing this policy at Westcoast Bash. On Scream, I was told to put my camera bag in a locker when I got to the station. Meh, If I survived Cedar Point and BGA, I can get used to this policy at SFMM. I just now have to remember to wear cargo shorts whenever I go to SFMM.

For me, Mean Streak was just reliving my awful ride on Grizzly @ CGA. Slow, Sluggish, The desperate struggle to try and stay awake. All of those were found on Mean Streak. It's practically a sleeping pill!

Yeah, I know that. It can only make it worse. I sense a very bad future for CGA. If you want to see a park improve, just look at SFMM. I couldn't agree less. What has SFMM done that has been so special? -removed a ton of rides that were already closed before -New trains and effects to X -Thomas Town -New paint on a couple rides CF is definitely one of the best things that has happened to the park. I don't see how you can blame the park's problems on CF at all! Well, obviously you haven't been to SFMM recently and compared it to how it was 2 years ago. As far of the rides that were removed, they were just rides that no one liked or rode. So it's not like you'll really notice they're gone. Those new trains on X will increase capacity so more people will get to ride, making the line not be so painfully long. Thomas Town will give the park a better variety so that more families will come and give the park more money to make more improvements. And the New Paint on Ninja and Viper. That just makes the ride look nicer. It's eyecandy. Which is something Cedar Fair could really use. Plus much more. And now let's see what Cedar Fair has done to CGA Made everything an eyesore New coaster for 2009 More Trash Cans More Typical Cedar Fair Crap. If you like what Cedar Fair has done, that's fine. But let's end this war on whether Cedar Fair ruined CGA or not before it gets out of hand.[/i]

Demon doesn't need to be torn down, it just needs it's original theming back. Bring back the Hell Scenery!! And as for Grizzly, It's the Mean Streak of the West. So of course it needs to be torn down. Now I will say that while CGA had a not that amazing coaster collection and only Top Gun and Drop Zone impressing me, I was still able to enjoy my day there. Of course, that was when that park was owned by Paramount. So now that Cedar Fail owns it, It probably has become the worst park in history like you said in your post. I'll just have to go back and see how much Damage Cedar Fail has done.

How is Raptor a saftey concern to the rain? From what I've heard, all the other parks with B&M Inverts are able to run in the rain.

Yeah, I have to agree with everyone. That rain policy Cedar Point has is major BS. I don't even think that the rain was resonsible for Magnum crashing. I don't think a little rain can destroy the Emergency Brakes. And even if the rain did cause the crash, this rain policy is still total bulls*it. Those brakes should have been designed so that they could work in the rain. Especially in a place like Cedar Point where it rains frequently. And it's not a policy you can just get used to. I was almost about to ride Raptor when it drizzled for just 5 minutes! But Cedar Fair then had to make over 20 test runs. And right before they were about to reopen it, it started drizzling for another 5 minutes. And then they had to start all over again. Even though they just tested it 20 times and it worked fine, they had to retest it!! Now if that isn't f**king ridicolous, I don't know what is!!! Cedar Fair is like the parent that sends their kid to school in a giant foam suit to prevent them from breaking an arm if they happen to fall in the wrong place. They may say it's for your saftey, but so far, all it does is make everyone misreble.

I don't see how "Fly me to the Moon" is any less of a simulator than Star Tours. It may be a crappy simulator with crappy seat movement and a crappy story, but it still simulates an experience. And that is what a simulator is supposed to do.

Wow. I thought this park was gone for good. But I'm just glad that now I will someday be able to go to Expoland and ride Raptor's white Japanese twin.
