  1. ^yeah, did some more research, it's got be an dive machine, but there are already inverts longer than 1km
  2. would be cool the have an inverted dive machine though, but even if it was mistranslated....part of the article goes over the first invert in 1992
  3. http://www.nolimitscoaster.de/download.htm#helpfiles that should get u started
  4. eurofighters are, well, except speed and mystery mine, but those are costums
  5. still to big, look how compact daemonen is, http://www.rcdb.com/m/nl/ig2504.htm?picture=13
  6. i believe the screen popped up when i tried to ride the sim in the full version i usually make my lift 1 segment, then split is up several times, delete the nodes in the middle untill there are 3 segments left. striaghten the middle segment by highlighting it and press "i". Then make the other segments smooth.
  7. I don't think you can. If i'm not mistaken you got a download link when you bought the game, that's where you need to put your reg.code
  8. whoa...i guess the problem is in your hardware...but don't know much 'bout that
  9. Is that all? No manufacturer or stats....?
  10. i do not use terraformer for the pure terraforming, i use the ingame one to make a terrain and then i smooth it out with the filter in the terraformer. As for the track packager, i believe it has to do with the changes 1.7 made in the track-file-coding-stuff, and now the TP doesn't recognize them any more, or something along those lines, as for now, there isn't a fix for it, Tia has given up gravimetricstudios and we'll have to wait untill somebody else picks it up. Altough it would be nice if NL2 would get such an export function
  11. My that looks nice, to bad they had to use the CCI turnaround on the out-n-back. And the similarity between fireball and voyage is that they are both out-n-backs with a sort of twisting "back"
  12. ^^the first thing is common, just drag it to where you want it, the editor can't read your mind where exactly you want the node to be. As for the second, do you have a screenie or something cos i never heard of it before. ^modelling software is hard to learn, we all had to go trough those huge manuals, because of the enormous possibilities there simply is no 'easy way'
  13. I dunno if all the tools work under vista, if they all work fine, it doesn't really matter
  14. Mid Course Brake Run, so basically a segment with brakes which splits up the "track"-block and thus enables you to run with 1 more train. The more MCBR's, the more trains can run safely and without stacking.
  15. below the field where you type your actual post, you have panel to upload stuff, mostly used for pictures but you can also upload your *.nltrack's in it.

    Question

i think i guess pretty well, i've never seen or been on a watercoaster...i just figured out that it would be the most practical way
  18. I allways use some supports to outline the station. I check in the sim and it's really trail and error to get those lines correct. If you have that done, you can use those coordinates in anim8or. Make sure that you start on 3ds only when your track and supports are COMPLETELY done.
  19. ^approx two weeks, they run from 15th to the end of the month
  20. ^read the last post on the previous page
  21. 1, with wooden coaster catwalks. (you need to run auto support, and turn "enable supports" along with "handrails" off, then you get only catwalks and you can drag/move the nodes to make walls/buildings) 2, with 3ds objects. anim8or is free and relatively easy. Sketchup is easy too, but you need the pro version to export
  22. he already has his indepented attraction modelling company...parkpromo or something
  23. there are way more tools available for the PC then for Mac, so i'd take the PC
