When I rode Son of Beast back in 2007 (the only time I was able to ride it), it was a great coaster in my opinion. It didn't seem rough at all. It makes me sad that they are demolishing it.

So besides Thanksgiving week, anytime in November through the first two weeks of December is a good time to go?

I've heard that WDW doesn't get too busy in early November. I know it can get fairly busy around Thanksgiving but not earlier. Does anyone know from experience whether or not early November is a good time to go to WDW? I wanted to go to WDW back in January but it didn't happen. I want to try to plan another trip but I want to go when it's not busy. Any help would be much appreciated.

To us, the name is one of most ridiculous names for a water slide but to the GP it apparently sounds like a good name. So what are we to do about it?! They have spoken and stuck with it.

I recently started watching 'Dexter' from the beginning on DVD; I must say it is an excellent show. Since I don't watch a whole lot of TV (actually very rare that I do), that is currently my favorite TV show.

I'm so used to the screen being there, it'll take awhile for me to get used to it. I won't be surprised if it takes more than a season.

I don't mind waiting another year for a coaster since they are doing all these great improvements. I can't wait to see what the park looks like once they are done.

I've grown up with the screen being there so I've just been used to it. Does anyone know how long it's been there? For some reason, I am a bit upset that it is going away. I guess I'll just have to see what the area looks like without it to see whether I like it better...which it should.

While I do understand that for some people the Gemini trains would be better on Cedar Creek than the actual CCMR trains, I'm indifferent about them. Since I'm a skinny, 5'10" guy the trains don't bother me. If they do decide to use the Gemini trains, I just hope that they make them look like they are for CCMR.

^ That is true...if they even decide to use them. Just because they had one train on there to test it out doesn't automatically mean that they are going to use them instead of the actual trains.

Good idea to change trains...just looks kinda bad because of the theming.

I agree that they need to do something with the CCMR trains, mainly the lapbars; they need to be updated at least. I do like the look of the trains...old western style. I hope they don't get rid of them completely but a lapbar update would be nice.
