^^By the time you watch them over and over, the layout (read layout) gets pretty boring / predictable when you come to ride it. Thats why I refrain from watching the POVs before trips so that I can enjoy a forgetten momsnt of the ride or simply try to not memorize everything. -

There's something about the dive coasters that they cant have true vertical drops; they're more like high-80 degrees. Its to keep the running wheels in contact with the track during the drop more but I guess it is to reduce stress at the pullout. -

Thank you. I came here to say this too. Wether or not you like it, it didn't replace a coaster / major ride. You still have a great cataloge of coasters not even associated with this ride. -
I will say Dare Devil Dive is a really good ride. The yank over the top fells great and the rest of the ride is really smooth. But Mindbender is a must do. I would recommend doing DDD first because of capacity, and because the Mindbender queue is always empty. Mindbender should be one of the last things (but it still is a must-ride).

8 Days, 90 Roller Coasters!

I you can fork out the money, Texas de Brazil is worth every penny. Its an all-you-can eat Brazilian steakhouse, and all the meat is cooked on an open fire. Theres beverages (which Ive never had) and a salad/appetizer bar that has some more meat and fish as well as interesting foods. There are several among your trip, including Washington DC, Nashville, Columbus, Pittsburg, etc (assuming you drive through some of these towns). http://www.texasdebrazil.com/ -
Journey to Atlantis @ SWO had a comical loading bideo featuring a mine. I actually watches it multiple times for enjoyment. Itd be nice and effective woth something like this. As ^ said, only enthusiasts would complain about the absense of a loading speil video in a queue. We really are a special breed of nerds in the most awesome way.

^Yeah, I know that the place where I got it from was from 2010. Thats already outdated enough. However, I simply found it interesting that Six Flags WOULD (at the time) consider El Toro 2. Now the Dubai project is funded by some very deep pockets (hence the load if major roller coasters) so it could still go through. Funny, that dive machine looks a lot like Griffin. -
Well lots of track is gone. The Lola side prelift was the first to be torn up which would've pointed to a mobius loop. But now the other prelift is also gone, so its anybodys game now. My guess is they will rebuild one and create a mobius loop with Lola. One can still hope for a station flyby too, right?

Tallest coaster you've been on.

1. Kingda Ka (2014) 2. TTD (2009) 3. Superman: The Escape (2008) I win. -
Couple more questions: 1) though I already will have the time to ride every row of every ride, what are he best rows other than the front? Out of "habit" I will give everything a ride in the front by default. I understand Tempesto is good in the back, and Alpengiest in the 6th for smoothness. Griffin is good in the front and back? 2) They have a Himalaya here? That's a surprise. 3) loose article policy? I expect to wear cargos most days, but obviously I cant pocket my camera. 4) they dont have absurd camera policies, ala Six Flags (the latter actually isn't enforced). Would it be disruptive to the park policy if I walk up the exits a little for better shots?

Seriously, it was strange being so perfect. I guess there is such thing as too perfect. On Schorcher, if you set the seat right, it is a really enjoyable coaster. The airtime feels so awesomely strange. Oh and mindbender is a must. Can we not stress that enough? Too bad it doesnt get any GP love, especially not from teens (as seen by Music in the Parks - it was a walk on all day). I told my friends it was a gem and they absolutely adored it - walk on just being a bonus.

I always thiught that Drachen Fire was d*mn near one of the coolest coasters ever. That abandoned stations keeps intriging me. Ill make sure to ride the train past it. Looks like crowds on weekdays are nonexisistent. Prehaps I will easily find the same on my visit soon? I could really explore the park witha whole week like that... good thing I'm packing my DSLR.

My god. Thats an EL TORO clone. Fingers crossed this goes through and this ride isn't cut. -
I am really excited for Tempesto and Lochness Monster. Am I wrong here? Ive been on a few hypers to where I dont droul over them anymore, and while ShieKra was on my top ten (I'm sure Griffion will be better) its mostly the same ride. Verbolten looks great and I could easily trick my little brother onto it, I wish BBW was still there. Arrow Huss suspended coasters are great IMO. Oh, really pumped for Shockwave at KD just because its a TOGO and I want to experience on for myself. Now i305, Volcano, and their waterpark on the same hand... Yes.
