It is, I rember the same view having my morning smoke when i was there last year. Great veiws, and you have a Wendy's, gas station, and liquor store all in brief walking distance. I'll never stay anywhere else when visiting the park. -

Just a random question, does Thunderbird have one of the rows that accommodate larger guests like some of the other wing riders? -

If that dude can ride it, then it should be open to everyone. GP's lives are no more precious then his. -

So after LR finally opens and all the anger, hatred and misery is put to bed, it shouldn't be long there after that they begin to hint about what will happen in 2017. (they are still in the 300 million dollar expansion) I'm guessing something with Splash Country since it's been a bit for it to receive an upgrade. Thoughts and speculation? -

^ It's fine! We all want to see bigger and better things at every theme park we visit. Fact is that they can't just re-do everything every year to make a few people be blown away because they rode it for thier second time in 3 years. The ride is fun, and serves alot of purpose to Dollywood's history. Ride it and enjoy it, but if you don't enjoy it, don't ride it again. It's that simple. -

I think Blazing Fury is a fine fit just the way it is. While i truly miss the water elements, they have steadily been making improvements to it over the past few years including some re-tracking. I think it will continue to get these little face lifts here and there making it a more scenic ride as time goes by. That's perfect for what it is, and i think ride will be around for long, long time. Why would Dollywood want to deny all of thier long time visitors the chance to scare the hell out of their children when they reach 42" the same way it was done to them when they were kids. That would just be wrong. -

So what are best food item's and where do you get'em at Knoebels? I've been browsing their site and came across alot of enticing options, and it is probably the cheapest park food pricing i've ever seen. What can i not miss while i'm there? Keep in mind that i'm not too big on sweets, and i've already came to the conclusion that i'll be dropping about 20 bucks on the $1 pickles on a stick. Thanks in advance for your responses. -

Back to important stuff! My main concern is will this perfectly normal delay affect the relationship between Dollywood and RMC? I personally would love to see a T-REX in the park someday. Hope it doesn't come to something like the Huss tragedy. -

^^ Sir, I realize that this just your opinion, but i must ask the question, where did you develop the tolerance for wood coasters that lead you to believe that Thunderhead is anything close to being rough? -
RMC single rail coaster at Silverwood?

There was another thread talking about this before, may have been Silverwood's official one. I have to say that it sounds plausible.
