Big Surprises on Coasters
Genx24 replied to gerstlaueringvar's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The double-up on Boulder Dash. That quick 1-2 punch of air pulled a sound of joy from me that I didn't know I was capable of making. -
Most INTENSE Coaster Moment?
Genx24 replied to EuroTre's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The most forceful moment I ever had on a coaster was going through the loop backwards on Montezooma's Revenge. I had my hands up coming down from the spike, but the forces at the top of the inversion threw my hands down into my lap. That was a very pleasant surprise. -

Ok, my final guess: indoor spinner themed to fears, similar to Laff Trakk. -
8 Days, 90 Roller Coasters!

QFT. If you're near a Waffle House at any time during this trip, and you most likely will be, you owe it to yourself to stop at one. -

Phobias, and, more specifically, arachnaphobia? Perhaps it's a tease for something new in their haunt. -

Curious as to what this addition could be. The early announcement date makes me think they want to start construction early, so perhaps are semi-large coaster of some sort? A Zierer similar to Impulse would be a nice fit at the park IMO. -
I mean, I think it's pretty apparent GAdv is indeed getting the S&S Free Spin for 2016, but nothing is "confirmed" by any stretch. It seems like this year people can't just speculate. Instead, they'd rather make fake press releases and say they spoke to park management to claim that they know with 100% certainty what the new addition is. It's getting pretty ridiculous.

It shouldn't be too crowded, but schools throughout the region are now out for the year so it really is a crap shoot. If I were you I would just go on Wednesday anyway because even if there is a torrential downpour, everything except KK remains open (unless there is indeed lightning in the area). An added bonus is that even the appearance of rain keeps the majority of potential park-goers at home. Unless you really, really want to get on Ka.

Can't speak for the two parks out West, but no, Great Adventure does not have a cab stand.

The "perfect" roller coaster
Genx24 replied to LiftThrill's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The perfect roller coaster already exists. It's name is El Toro, and I thank the fates every night that it resides within my home park.
