How is it compared to the Penguins Blizzard River. It was in my top 2 Rapids Rides (Tied with Rapids at Hersheypark RIP) If it was in your top-tier for the theming, then I think you're in luck. Six Flags removed just enough DC Penguin theming for KK to not get sued. Raging Rapids River Ride is indeed the most heavily themed ride in the park, which is almost quite alien for the park come to think of it. It has quite a good length to it too! Biggest downside is that it is in need of more rafts, and by then probably some more employees to help with bringing it to "people-eater" status because it looks like it has the potential (I think I counted 4 or 5 rafts). The line was at a standstill most of the time, before moving forward a couple of feet every now and then. At the end of my day, I bumped into Ed Hart near the front entrance and said hello. We spoke for a bit, before he mentioned that he had a special announcement to make sometime in July about the future of the park and what ride Twisted Twins is going to be. He did confirm that it should be pieced into one big ride and that work for it has already gone underway, so that is something to definitely look forward to! Did you talk to him about T3?

Kringles cafe is pretty good, also make sure you visit the restaurant in Thanksgiving. That's probably the best place in the park. I couldn't tell you anything about the new BBQ place in thunderbird plaza.

I was starting to lose faith that this would happen, I'm glad that screamscape has given me hope. In other news duo you guys think that T3 will be open in this month?

Are you guys confident about t3 opening on the 6th? Also, for those of you who have ridden an SLC, are they forceful?

The only giga I've ridden is millennium force, so I don't knnow if I'm the most qualified to speak about this. But I'm one of those people who think MF is just a good ride. Like others I set my expectations way too high, before I rode it I assumed it would be my new #1. There were many great moments on this ride. The 1st drop is amazing, the two large hills also gave some really good airtime. But these were the only WOW moments in the ride. I could only assume that Intimidator 305 would be my favorite giga coaster because of my love for Maverick.

When do you guys think Boss will get iron horsed?

I know it amazes me, even though they have a similar amount of popularity, SFMMs thread has twice the amount of posts as CPs thread.

Blue Streak is half and half with me, when I rode it it provided great airtime, but it was extremely painful. I guess I still kind of enjoyed it, but oh my god it felt like I had to tense up the whole ride in order to not break anything. I remember I rode in the very back car, I can't remember which seat. Did anyone have an extremely rough experience in that seat?

I don't think you are jumping the gun at all, back before mayflower was announced the park did say they had big things in store for 2014, 2015, and 2016.

I would love to see Mack or intamin but I'm thinking it will be another out and back b&m hyper. I'm hoping for a low to the ground ejector airtime packed coaster like skyrush, but oh well you can only hope.

How would it compare to other wingriders?

I'm fine with seeing the wave go, but I like it because every time I go to the park if I need to rest or take a break I always go to the wave because of the lack of people.

Another way CP could break a record is to build a hyper woodie. But I think it would need something else to make itself unique to stand out like the previous record breakers.

I was sitting here reading these posts and I totally forgot that thunderbird opens in a week, that got my hart pumping really fast. Also, the photos on the previous page are some of the best photos I've seen of thunderbird. I can't wait until July when I finally get to ride it.
