  1. I hope this thing is announced in early July like some sources have confirmed. But I saw somewhere yesterday that someone said it would be announced in late July. I'm not really sure what to believe, but it's not that big of a deal anyway.
  2. Those sneaky bastards at Cedar Fair just found a way to falsely advertise a coaster at Canada's Wonderland.
  3. If you loved the launch on mummy, you can work your way up by riding pony express, then montezooma, then, if you're brave enough, you can try xcelerator.
  4. I love how Robb was like "Oh yeah there's also an SLC here"
  5. I would do all of that but instead of designated airtime and inversion sections I would just mix all of those elements together so it isn't as repetitive.
  6. But if KK is just refurbishing TT with no layout change, there is no need for more steel scaffolding, unless the scaffolding needs to be replaced. I'm not really sure how well those steel supports age.
  7. There would not be any steel spotted on site if it was just being retracted like thunder run was
  8. Oh my god I don't know how much longer I can wait, the anticipation is killing me.
  9. Double trouble has a kiddie sound to me, I would still prefer Twisted Twins.
  10. Wicked Twister - Cedar Point
  11. By steel I'm assuming you are talking about scaffolding supports and not about I box track am I correct?
  12. First coaster-Some random Dragon Wagon at my local county fair. First woodie- Legend at Holiday World. First inversion- Looping Star, Beech Bend Park First B&M- Dragon Challenge (Hungarian Horntail). First Coaster over 200ft- Diamondback, Kings Island First Intamin- Cheetah Hunt
  13. For me it would have to be Kumba, it was very intense and forceful but it just left me extremely dizzy and nauseous.
  14. Sorry to double post, but I could not successfully get the link up so I'll just post a photo.
  15. So something very interesting was happening to me guys. I was looking through the comments of a youtube video and someone was talking about how Alan schilke said himself on WC media day that 3 RMC projects were scheduled for 2016. One for a SF park, one in Tennessee (Dollywood), and one in Kentucky !!! I asked him where he got his info and he directed me to a SFNE fan forum. This person had been to WC media day and had got to talk to Alan for about 30 minutes. Get hyped guys, I think this seals the deal on RMC Twisted Twins.http://sfneonline.org/forums/index.php?threads/rocky-mountain-construction-discussion.1682/page-10
  16. My next park will be one of my home parks, Holiday World, on July 19th. Can't wait to ride Thunderbird!!
  17. So what are you guys thinking now? There is some pretty good evidence for Dollywood, wildfire was planned for 2016, and SFDK and La Ronde have evidence suggesting RMC. KK seems to be the least likely to get RMC. I think we do know that TT s layout will be changed drastically one way or another, why else would construction start this early?
  18. I'm definitely exited now, let the hype train begin.
  19. People have said that people were inspecting the ride and had blueprints. So it seems that the layout will be drastically different. So it's probably RMC, GG, or another unknown manufacturer.
  20. I hope the newly designed layout has lots of airtime, crazy transitions, and a high five element.
