The technology used by Kingda Ka, Top Thrill Dragster, and Storm Runner is basically the same technology used on aircraft carriers to launch the jets into the air. -

I still don't know what half of those things mean and they're already not cool any more? If hash tagging or saying 'bae' makes you cool, I'd rather be dead. I wish I had a time machine so I could go back a few generations. Amen. -

For airtime machines like Nitro and Phoenix I like the front row. For twister layouts like Batman the Ride and Talon I like the back row. -

Thanks for the information. The TimeSaver is actually $30. It's just like the regular Flash Pass at Six Flags parks. -

I'm planning a trip to the park during the first week of August. How are the lines usually like at the park on a weekday during the first week of August? Should I budget for Fast Lane Plus? -

I'm planning a trip to the park during the first week of August. I will be taking advantage of the free admission the next day when entering the park after 3:00 pm. How are the lines usually like at the park on a weekday during the first week of August? Should I budget for the TimeSaver Pass? -

This is good news. Even better news would be confirmation that the ride will be operating Monday since that's when I'm going. -

When I went last summer, I got a longer than usual cycle on them. Partway through the cycle someone yelled that they wanted to get off so the operator stopped the ride and let them off and allowed everyone else to stay on for another complete cycle. -

Their Teacup ride is nothing like the one at Great Adventure. It's just teacups moving in a figure 8. You can't even control how they spin. -

What I like the most about Knoebels is the fact that they don't blast pop music all over the park. I like being able to just listen to the sounds of the rides and the people on them along with the various band organs throughout the park. -

How does Whitewater Canyon compare to Thunder Canyon at Dorney Park? Which one gets you wetter? -

I was able to ride every coaster I wanted to. That's why I had more fun at Kings Island. I was too big for the restraints on Millennium Force which put a downer on my day there. -

I went to Kings Island for the first time ever yesterday. I actually had more fun there than I did at Cedar Point on Sunday. I always thought El Toro at Great Adventure was my favorite wooden coaster, but The Beast gives it a run for its money. -

I was at Cedar Point Sunday as well. I wasn't able to ride Millennium Force since the seat belt was about an inch shy of buckling. -

What is Kings Island's rain policy like? I'm going Friday and there's rain forecast for the evening. -

The holding "brake" is actually a chain. None of the dive coasters actually come to a complete stop on the first drop. -

Well, that saves me some money on my upcoming trip. I only have to purchase the souvenir bottles since Cedar Fair has separate bottles for each park unlike Six Flags.
