I find that interesting that the supports are a totally different color than the animation vid. Can't help but wonder if the track pieces will be a different color too. The ketchup/mustard color scheme grew on me

There's no exceptions IMO, if you get out of line you lose your place plain and simple. If your party got in line without you, too bad. If the line for a ride is 2hrs, everyone boarding should wait 2hrs unless you have a disability or fast lane etc;

All the Cedar Fair parks except CP, Carowinds, KI, and CW.

Never realized how much area Valravn is going to take up til I saw these aerial shots.

I kinda disagree, there's only 2 in the U.S. currently and only one more announced so far for 2016. I think they're great additions for small-medium sized parks, and even large parks as BGW seems to be doing just fine with Tempesto. I'm also a huge Premier fanboy so I may be biased slightly lol. This would be great as well, F. Throttle at MM is one of my absolute faves and it really bumped up the quality of MM's coaster collection IMO

A Sky Rocket II would be perfect for KK

GG had their biggest year yet in 2015, and GCI has still been building 1-2 coasters per season as they've always done. The demand for traditional woodies is still there especially overseas. I dont think GCI or GG is too worried at this point. Plus Switchback I think will open up doors for smaller parks to get similar coasters with a small footprint and small budget. I also think if this Ghostrider rehab turns out well, CF will be doing this to a lot of their raggedy wooden coasters (cough Mean streak)
