This will be my 775th post. I've been on the boards since Feb 15th (I think a day after the forums opened) and a couple of years visiting TPR alone. A lot of people know me by name (and I don't know theirs), and I think I've contributed a bit to the forums. Nothing wrong with a little yankee on the boards.

I thought it was going to have more record breakers than just the one for having the steepest drop. Other than that, I think this might look to be a good ride based on the statistics. Let's hope nothing is exaggerated with this one like Kingda Ka was. Craiggers "Airtime hill my A**" K.

It looks like i might not make it right at 10am. We're leaving Bangor, Maine on Friday, then if we get in too late, I gotta wait till early Saturday morning to make it down to Knoebels. When we get closer to the date Ted, we should exchange cell numbers so I can call you so we can meet at a location in the park.

Yeah, I've been drinking a lot of slim-fast lately....actually, We don't have Bob Evan's up in New England, but there is a Cracker Barrel near my town along I-91. But the Cracker Barrel I go to, is the Cracker Barrel Pub. It isn't apart of the chain, it's a small resturant/bar with great casual food. Don (Jeezus Juice), Monica (Don's G/F), John (CreativeForce) and Rebecca (John's wife) can testify about the food there. Craiggers "if anyone comes out to New England and visits SFNE with me, they're entitled to me taking them to that resturant" K.

another great TR soren! I personally wouldn't survive a 26 mile run. I would die by the second mile.

I should be able to make it. I just gotta call my manager tomorrow at work and see if he gave me the days off for columbus day weekend since I got the 10th and 11th off. Yay, I get to drive..over 500 miles just to get down to PA in two days. I was able to get a few bars out of my phone, which is apart of the Cingular network. Also, if I do get down to PA, is anyone interested in hitting up SFGAdv the following day?

I can undertand that coasters need to have safety measures put in place so that the ride-ops themselves are doing a better job. I think most accidents occur because of ride-op neglet. I'm reading this, http://www.house.gov/markey/Issues/iss_amusement_st050519.pdf and it states that 64 people have died since 1987 on roller coasters. That isn't compared to the car accident deaths that we have....per day! Anyway, as long as the rides themselves don't get restricted, then I'm good.
