  1. So now we are starting to have some clue about the mysterious Ferrari Experience. Soarin' Over Italy in your Ferrari?
  2. Thank you so much for the photos and reviews! Definitely look like a very interesting park. Is the Mack spinning coaster a custom layout or someone copy and paste?
  3. I'm sure it's a great park and all but the attendance number is really unrealistic. Of course I wish them all the best!
  4. Not sure about my favorite but I'm really loving the Valravn color scheme now.
  5. The family coaster line is very hard to draw IMO. Powder Keg is considered a family coaster but it is more intense then at least 30% of the thrill coasters out there. California Screamin' is usually considered as a family coaster but the loop on it pulls some nice G's. What about Rock n' Roller Coaster? It has three inversions but plenty of kids ride it.
  6. Yup, now I believe this will be a 360 degrees 7DMT.
  7. Dear god please close Mean Streak earlier! During my two previous visits to Cedar Poiny Mean Streak was tolerable and I even slightly enjoyed it. But yesterday it was disgustingly rough that all of my friends said it is the worst coaster they have ever been on!
  8. There are tons of solutions to make the hill "open air" without the need of metal framing or enclosing the airtime hill! Using glass cover, using inflatable/plastic/foam frames, using curved hard rubber to support the net from the sides, using magnets to hold the raft in place, etc. but one question I've always wanted to ask is: Why the hell is the metal frame at the INSIDE of the net? Nothing would've happened or the boy would only be injured if the net is suspended on the metal frame from the outside instead of supported from the inside. On top of that, if the net is not held on to the metal frame by anything, it only takes a breeze to lift the net up and turn the metal frame into a Saw death trap. Avoiding safety hazards like this should be written into the industry standards.
  9. According to the post on the previous page it is a clone only mirrored, it's even the same manufacturer. I mean they didn't knock off other manufacturer.
  10. ^^Nope, they are both original designs. Very standard, but completely original. If the mine train is from Golden Horse, it will be good considering how smooth the new generation mine train that GH made for Happy Valley Tianjin is.
  11. Did he ride at the very back seat? I guess his body is very light and the raft probably tilted forward during the drop of the airtime hill. My thoughts and prayers go to the family and friends of the victim. And I hope this ride will be shut down/modified if it is an engineering error.
  12. Looks like you guys had a ton of fun! I love how Kennywood keeps the restraints on their roller coasters at a minimum level!
  13. ^In the case of Flash, or Lightning, it is definitely not as good as how it looks in the video. So does the Intamin hyper at Wanda Nanchang. Just my personal opinion though, not enough people have been on these two to to actually make a difference on rankings.
  14. GCI can change Mean Streak into a completely different coaster as well, doesn't have to be RMC. Look at Legend and Ghost Rider. If they can make small adjustments to the layout, they definitely can build a brand new coaster out of Mean Streak.
  15. 1. Pirates of the Caribbean @ SHDL Journey to the Center of the Earth @ TDS Mystic Manor @ HKDL Tower of Terror @ TDS Indiana Jones @ Disneyland Soarin' (New and old) @ Epcot, DCA and SHDL SpiderMan @ USJ Forbidden Journey @ USJ Radiator Spring Racers @ DCA 10. Blue Fall @ Sea Paradise
  16. Lots of people are loving their new coasters and yeah, everything is possible!
  17. ^That way, Intamin, Dynamic Attractions, Maurer and Golden Horse are all knock-off companies because they have tilt track from Vekoma.
