But Terminator will never be as good as GhostRider once was!! JJ I love Terminator, but GhostRider is still my favorite ride, Who says you can't like it rough. (; (now is where i'd say something like, "unless it's Psyclone," but I'm going to respect the dead) Great TR, looks like you had an awesome time! Did you fly out here just for theme parks? I sure miss some of those flat rides.. I loved the feeling of the drop in Freefall... I've had some great times as well as some not so great times going on Circus Wheel and Spin Out repeatedly, and I remember when Sierra Twist was my favorite ride when I was six years old. Ahh we need some more flats!

All of the land around SFMM is owned by Newhall Land And Farm. The company I work for does a lot of earthwork for them and as of a couple months ago, the master planned community of Newhall Ranch is still going to happen. Right next to X2 on magic mountain parkway there is a sign that reads "Road to be extended in future". There is planned to be quite a bit of comercial building around the park and then further behind the park all the way to the 126 is gonna be residential mixed with commercial. The whole planned community is supposed to create upwards of 21000 homes and about 19000 jobs when all is said and done. We were supposed to break ground on the project early this year but because of the economy and slot of unsold homes on lennars other projects in town the project has been postponed. My company was actually stopped halfway through the earthwork on the West Hills project because of lennar not selling enough homes. Wow I had no idea so much would be going up... do they have any idea as to when it will be completed? The moderators, they do exsist. I think in the end, Wikipedia is a good starting point but should be cross-referenced with other material from other sources in order to ensure the content is accurate. I know that's the claim...but false information gets updated and weeded out pretty fast..

I always hear everyone b*tching about the inaccuracy of Wikipedia, although I have yet to find a piece of false information on the site. As for the concstruction on the adjacent land, a couple of office looking buildings went up a few months ago.. and they seem to be working on the land everyday...

Got my 36th Credit on Terminator today! Had to wait about 2 hours.. When I was in the first preshow room, after the TV thing was over, a worker came in and said "the harvester's got the train pretty bad, it won't be back up and running for a while" so we had to wait in that room for about 20-30 minutes. The whole preshow was pretty interested however and very well done. The ride itself was great! I haven't gotten of a ride that excited in a long time! Tons of airtime! This ride completely exceeded my expectations.

Yeah I bet one of my friends who thinks it's the same as Psyclone. I'll show him the differing layouts, different manufacturers, and contrasting speed height and lengths on the Internet, to prove the immense difference and earn myself $10.

It gets really annoying, so many people at my school have conversations like: 1- "The new Magic Mountain ride Terminator is opening this weekend" 2- "I know it looks fun!" 3- "Nah it doesn't look that great, its the exact same thing as Psyclone.. they probably just rebuilt it to make it less painful"
