^It's about time that they settled. I feel like it was both the park's and Hackemer's fault. The operaters were negligent and let Hackemer ride, while Hackemer refused to take the guide for people with disabilities at the gate. Besides, it is just common sense for both sides. Why would you let a person without a lap ride a coaster that holds you in with a lap bar.

Jumping over/crossing station track

They started doing this after the accident at Darien Lake. Must be a safety precaution. The operators are slower, and seeing that it is a one train coaster, loading times are extremely slow. -
Jumping over/crossing station track

I seen operators on coasters that only operate one train jump over the track while the train is in its main course. At Martin's Fantasy Island, the operators do this a lot on the Silver Comet. I seen operators on two train coasters put there hand up while a train is in the station to signal that they are crossing. The "head operator" then tells them that it is clear to cross. -
Why all the screaming, Robb?
ViperLover replied to douggw's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Actually, it does. Robb owns this website, and therefore gives him the right to do as he pleases with it. There is no "Internet Rule Book" saying that he can't. End of story. -
Why all the screaming, Robb?

If you read his post again, then you can see that it's more towards the way people are talking to each other on the internet, rather than the videos. I personally love TPR videos, and will continue to do so. I kind of got lost after the first paragraph. His nonsense still made no difference. The rules say PG-13. They don't say "Absolutely NO Swearing, Being Rude, or Indecent Behavior." It's an online coaster forum meant for fun, and if people don't like it, they shouldn't have even posted something like that in the first place. -
Why all the screaming, Robb?

Could you point out where, exactly, Vikings22 stepped out of line? He raised valid points. In fact, the only place where I see abrasiveness is when phrases like "Jesus effing Christ!" and sign-offs like "Robb "Please don't ever tell me what I should be saying." Alvey". You seem to have plenty of advice to offer Vikings about responding with maturity to things people post, but you responded quite childishly yourself. I don't see anything in Vikings22's posts that warranted the full-page, defensive, and obnoxious replies that you provided. It seems the phrase "most people" outraged you, and I'm not entirely sure why. It's just as easy to politely explain that "most people" don't share the same opinion as Vikings as it is to write a passionate, defensive monologue explaining why Vikings is supposedly acting like a child. Additionally, the fact that this website is less "harsh" than 4chan or YouTube is irrelevant. Everyone knows that those forums are the lowest of the low when it comes to internet communities -- being more respectful than them isn't exactly a point of pride. This post is not directed solely at Robb, either, but at the community in general. Seeing name-calling like "douchebag" and schoolyard insults like "Perhaps Mommy should have taken them off the teat before their 5th birthday?" really makes me nauseous. You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Forums are a place for people to respectfully voice their opinions and engage in discussions with others that share their interests. The responses to Vikings22 and douggw are anything but respectful, and were completely unwarranted. I'll step off my soapbox now. If you don't like how Robb makes his videos, you don't have to watch either. The comment made earlier wasn't just towards Vikings. It is towards anyone who is whining about the "screaming". It isn't even screaming. It's called having fun. Something you wouldn't know about seeing that all you do all day is complain about how someone wants to make their videos. -

If people don't like the screaming or talking, they should either: A. Not ride coasters. B. Wear ear plugs (Or turn off the speakers if it's a video). C. Don't complain when they chose to watch the video in the first place. -
^Both are the same size, with 17 ties around the top, but the second loop seems more round.
-
Yes, Tennesee Tornado was one of Arrow's last coasters. This loop was a new element called the Spiro Loop. I'm pretty sure that is was one of a kind.
-
Just for reinforcement, here is an Arrow launched looper called Sidewinder at Elitch Gardens. It only has 15 ties. Photo taken from RCDB

I think that we all can conclude that most of Arrow's loops were one size, with 17 ties around the top. In certain circumstances they were made slightly larger or smaller.
