Well, it is one of the coldest springs Missouri has seen in a while. It really isn't theme park weather yet. I'm sure the summer will still be crowded.

I was hoping they may be keeping the station around for a new coaster next year, but I'm thinking they'll keep the space in the Splashin' Safari area.

I'm disappointed it is leaving. It was fairly popular and looked awesome in the skyline, but I guess they decided it wasn't worth it because of the mechanical issues. I was looking forward to riding it this summer.

I agree with this. Ninja is a pretty rough ride that needs to be retired, but River King Mine Train is a worse ride, and it's almost as rough (although since I'm tall enough, the trains are really too compact for me, so it might just be me). Ninja isn't as bad if you brace yourself, but there's no way to brace yourself on Mine Train.

Just read through the entire thread for the first time. I love the park! I would really like to see park maps more often, they give a good look at how the big the park is getting. I could see a Batman clone appearing at the park soon...

So what exactly is an "interactive train ride"? Did the survey describe what it would be like?

I would absolutely love a Holiday in the Park event at SFSTL!!! It is so beautiful at SDC and I know SFSTL wouldn't be near as awe-inspiring, but it would be awesome to have an extended season. I don't know where a Mardi Gras area would fit. Can you elaborate more on the interactive train ride? What would that even be? Maybe a Re-theme to Chouteau's Market? Well Tsunami Soaker is being added in that area with a wharf theme, so placing a Mardi Gras area around it would be strange, especially since there isn't much room for a new ride. I'm wondering if the area with Tidal Wave and SkyScreamer might work.

Outlaw Run

Passed by the park twice during my trip to Wisconsin. Why can't it be open already?!?! On Friday, it was sunny and they were testing Raging Bull (my #1 steel coaster). I could see Goliath, and when it is completed it will be gigantic compared to the rest of the rides. On Sunday, the park was very foggy and eerie. The top of Sky Tower was completely covered up and Raging Bull and Viper were the only coasters visible.

Why can't Kings Dominion be closer to me? I love that KD decided to focus 2014 on bringing some charm to the park instead of just adding an attraction. I'm not saying a new ride wouldn't have been awesome, but it is always cool to see a park working on improving the overall guest experience.
